I felt MORE like killing myself after seeing them. I went to get a required form filled out, and to get help for my depression. However, they treated me like I was demanding they fill it out. Well, when I set the appt I told them why I was coming and they said it was ok. I also told them I was feeling like dying would make me better. they set an appt for two weeks later. They called a week later and moved my appt back another two weeks. I said Im doing pretty bad, so they set an appt to see the nurse a week later. I went in, assuming they knew why I was there. I showed her the form. She couldnt do it since I had only seen them once before. I said I understand, but the appt schedulers twice said it was ok. i never raised my voice or got angry. Im in severe pain physically, and dont expend energy on arguing. Im just seeking answers... Well, she gets doctor, and he comes in already in a defensive stance and is like Ok whats going on? I told him the two reasons I came in. but he remained focused on the form, telling me he doesnt do those, plus he said SS doesnt need them anyways (even though they sent a letter specifically requesting its completed by my healthcare professional)... I told him how they appt schdlrs said it was ok. He just stared at, saying nothing. It was very uncomfortable.. Then he said Well Im not filing this out. I said, well I would like to get my co-pay back (mind you, I had only been there ten mins, and nothing was done besides them acting flustered over the form).. He said if I get my money back then "you can never come back". I asked why not. He said I came in and saw them, so i should pay. I told him I just got here, and nothings happened yet.. He said nothing. He just stared at me again.. Then I told him about all my physical ailments, and as Im talking he goes to sit down. Then he started listening and looking at my file.. But he never really listened in a heartfelt manner, stopping my sentences short often. Then he gave me prescription, and some generic form to fill out on depression. I felt like I was in the fast-food restaurant of psychiatry offices.. They set another appt.. But one day, wondering if my form would ever get filled out, I called to see if they would NOT fill it out, because Im not going back if they say theyll never fill it out. The nurse called me, and was defensive and not listening, and talked to me like Im a child.. I said to her, "Im not insisting you fill it out..Im just verifying if you will or not". But she was just argumentative and not listening at all.. And then, my mom calls up there to smooth things out, and they tell her theyre going to do the form. Why did they have to give me all that attitude first?? I was calm and collected the whole time, and just spoke my case plainly. They seemed to assume I was demanding they do something, and never gave me a chance to explain my entire situation... I still have bad feelings when I think about that place, and how I was treated.

Had some sudden onset health issue and wanted to see a doctor fast. Looked up this place and it seemed to be closest of on actual urgent care / ER facility to my office. Drove there, walked in and was promptly told they dont provide emergency services and I should drive to a hospital instead. No questions asked or any signs of basic level customer service. The woman at the front desk was completely and utterly useless in her position. While walking out I saw the big signs of emergency care and all the services they provide. Sorry, I did want to to argue or beg to provide me with their costly medical services I wasnt that desperate and decided to put it off. Broken system here, from A-Z.

I saw the reviews of this hospital snd some people gave it one star for some reason. If a doctor cant quite figure out whats wrong, its not because they arent trying and if someone goes into any store, business, etc. with a bad attitude, expect the staff to also have a bad attitude. So, I decided to have complicated knee surgery here (twice) and I appreciated the hospitality. The surgery itself was way better than I expected. Wellstar Windy Hill Hospital has some of the most well trained surgeons in Atlanta! I highly recommend for anyone who needs surgery.

Just had the awful experience of getting to talk to a billing supervisor, Joann. She is rude and doesnt have the ability to listen. All she wants to do is justify ridiculousness, such as a $2,338 facility fee that does not have to be disclosed unless asked. Go somewhere else Marietta, these people are as crooked as Hillary!

Wonderful care given to my husband. Quality staff and very good doctors. Physical therapy and Respiratory the best hes ever had. The Care Coordinator Kelsey worked to get us to the next place with honest and timely communication. They work as a team very well!

At this location they are usually on time for their imaging and you do not have to wait very long like you do at other hospital locations. The staff is nice but the paperwork is extensive.

They seem to be short staffed and not very attentive to the patients. When my mom presses the nurses button they are always busy and take too long to attend to her needs.

No solution to headache problems. Weve been visiting this facility for an entire year and still do not have an answer yet to the cause of my daughters headaches.
