Hands down, the best vets around! Dr. Walley and Dr. Ling are not only amazing vets but equally amazing people. Their staff are all very professional and extremely kind people. Dr. Walley is an excellent surgeon, he spayed both of our dogs and the surgeries were so non-invasive that we have trouble finding their scars. Dr. Ling is extremely knowledgeable and one of the kindest people you will ever meet. My sister first brought her dog to them, and since convincing the rest of us to go, my entire immediate family (7 dogs, 1 cat) along with many friends and extended family all refuse to go anywhere else after one visit to Dr. Walley and Ling. Our second dog had a rare genetic defect and needed an operation at 7 weeks old. I called Dr. Walley and Ling for their advice, and as always they were honest and upfront. Although they didnt have in-depth knowledge on the subject, they called other vets, researched the defect, and called back 12 hours later with an amazing amount of knowledge on the subject. If you want your pets treated like family, kind and understanding staff, along with fantastic medical expertise, you can stop looking. I wont take my dogs anywhere else but Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic.

I want to thank this vet office, because if it werent for them, I wouldnt have found my new current vet whom I love. When my dog got sick, I brought him to this vet. After x-rays, blood work (some blood tests which were done twice at their request), and other numerous testing, there still was no answer as to what was causing my dogs daily vomiting. Everything looked "normal" to them. After all of this, I decided to get a second opinion. I took the x-ray that THEY HAD TAKEN to this other vet and he had found that the stomach looked suspiciously round on the x-ray and this concerned him. After an exploratory surgery, it was found that my dog had eaten plastic that needed to be removed and also that the suspicious round stomach on the x-ray was my dogs horribly enlarged gall bladder which needed to be expressed! How could a trained vet miss this on an x-ray? Im convinced that this vet is just looking to nickel and dime people, and that they are not looking at whats in the best interest of the animal. Its a shame, because the staff is very nice and likeable but Im now aware that the doctors are incompetent and cant bring myself to entrust them with my dogs health.

They are fantastic. I took my dog there and they without a single doubt in my mind saved her life. I can not begin to express how grateful I am for their compassion and skill. They did not try and take advantage of my bond by imploding costs or throwing extra charges and tests at us. They were very precise working step by step. As a nurse I recognized the practiced deliberate and specific testing. I was grateful they did not try and add in extra tests before understanding exactly what the previous results were and what the next step needed to be. They did everything in the office and my darling dog and friend was started on treatment right away. She ended up having a virus that very often goes misdiagnosed and ends in death. Dr. Walley was amazing and 6 months later my beloved pet is in remission and is doing fantastic. I can not imagine how terrible it would have been if she had been misdiagnosed, if the treatment had not been started in time or how much it could have cost had we waited even an extra 24 hrs to start treatment. Thank Dr. Walley and Dr. Ling for saving my best friend!

Excellent. I had to find a new vet after my old one died and the new person there was horrible!! Crest Hill Cat/Dog had good reviews on Google, so I thought I world try them. 1. I use a cane and the staff was very helpful carrying the carrier from the car to inside, and back again. 2. My cat, Anna, is a Russian Blue, which are known for being very shy. She had hidden herself under the towel in the carrier, pretending she wasnt there. The staff honored Annas wishes and did not try to engage her. Dr Walley was outstanding. He immediately understood Annas aversion to strangers. To make her comfortable, he took apart the carrier so he could just lift the top half off and Anna could stay comfortable in the bottom half. (He also put the carrier back together again afterwards, not an easy task.) In my many, many years of having cats, I must say - this was the best vet/clinic I had ever encountered. Needless say, Anna and I will go to them from now on.....

I have been to many vets in the past, and not one of them compares to Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic. Dr. Walley is by far the most compassionate and knowledgeable vet out there. I cannot even put in writing how much we appreciate and are thankful for him and his caring staff. Dr. Ling is amazing too; so no matter what doctor you are assigned to on your pets appt day, you will not be disappointed. We recently had to put our cat of 12 years to sleep and have been told in the past by other vets to never bring her to their vet (she is very vocal and had fears of visiting docs). Dr. Walley and his staff never made us feel ashamed of her behavior in any way. They also are like a family to another kitten of ours, who Dr. Walley did everything he could to find out the source of infection that was causing her problems. Once again we can always count on this place. Thank you! Zoey and Shady and In memory of Daisy and Tabitha

I have just recently moved back to Illinois from Oregon and was introduced to Crest Hill Cat & Dog clinic by my cousin and I cannot say enough good things about the clinic. Everyone on the staff is outstanding; from the front desk, to the vet techs and all of the doctors. They are all kind, compassionate, professional and understanding. I really appreciate the time they take during our visits and they go over each possible solution we with me while keeping in mind, the comfort and well-being of my pup Parker. I know firsthand that it is not all about the money for this clinic, its about the best quality care and love for your pets and I am very grateful to have been introduced to this clinic. If you are looking for a vet, I highly recommend Crest Hill Cat & Dog Clinic.

We have a 9 year old boxer and he was having a hard time with allergies, losing his hair and other unpleasant medical conditions. We brought him to see Dr. Walley and he was great. The staff is always so helpful as our dog also has anxiety. They made our experience great. Our dog was handled with such care and the receptionist and vet techs were great at explaining everything we needed to know. Dr. Wally suggested another type of treatment which worked great. Our 9 year old boxer, for the first time in a year, was playing and not itching. Were so great full for the doctors and staff at This clinic and we found that their prices were comparable to the other clinics in the area. We would highly recommend this business!
