Great staff that truly care about you and your pets. Weve been going to Dr. Navin for years for the care of our English Bulldog and French Bulldog. If you have a bulldog then youll want to come here, they are a unique breed that needs an experienced Doctor to care for them. Weve also put our pets in the care of Dr. Harres and Dr. Little and have been really happy with their care as well and have no problem seeing any of the staff there. Unfortunately recently due to a major health issue we had to put our English Bulldog to sleep. It was his time to go and it was not easy for us to do but everyone from the front desk, vet techs and the Doctors took great care of us and our dog to the very end. More importantly Id like to point out the memorialization of our pet. It is by far the best weve seen. We loved him very much and All Pets preserved his memory incredibly well. From his ink-stamped dog print to the impression of his paw in clay, it is the best weve seen and means so much to us. We will continue to come to All Pets for the care of any pets in our lives. We drive 20+ miles here and would never consider going elsewhere.

Ive been going to Dr Navin since he started practicing in Lockport & he always was the most compassionate & caring Vet & took excellent care if my cats. I moved for a few years & got my first dog, a pom & sadly never found a Vet like him, but moved back to Lockport. Little Bear needed knee surgery & I couldnt find anyone to do it without cash in hand where I lived before & could only go for walks in a puppy stroller. Once Dr Navin saw him, he got his knee surgeries done & Little Bear finally got to play & go for walks! I know I wouldnt have my best friend, Little Bear if it wasnt for Dr Navin & his staff. They all truly love animals & go out of their way. Dr Hatred cares for Bear too and it GREAT! Much love & gratefulness.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the reason why my 11 month old puppy passed away didnt check for internal injuries or anything after she was attacked by another animal and then she passed away from an internal injury a week later. Horrible place all they care about is money. They are the reason why my puppy is gone and all they had to say was send a Im sorry post card in the mail. Avoid this place at all cost.

Love All Pets. Have been coming here ever since Ive had Bull Dogs. See Dr.Harres and Im confident with him and the APH staff. I dont question my dogs care when theyre there. Luckily they tolerate neurotic-dog-mom with ease. The pharmacy always has my dogs scripts prepared correctly and quickly. Not sure about some reviews regarding front desk staff... I could chat their ears off all day, always nice to me!

Very happy with the vets. Dr. Navins was only vet to correctly diagnose my puppies problems. Unfortunately we were only to able to spend a few more months with her. The Staff was extremely sympathetic to our loss. We will continue to stay with them for my other dogs. I think they are a very professional staff.

This place is great. We have a bulldog and drive 45 minutes to see doctor Navin. Not sure about the comment about the front desk folks, they have been more than great every time we are there. My only compliant, while minor and nothing to do with the level of service is that they dont take AMEX.
