I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. EVER. That exact old man in the photo was the same "vet" that supposedly "checked" on my 8 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi. I brought her on 3/15/13 because she was very ill, and so many things went wrong, I dont care if this is his job or whatnot, but my dog Amy was extremely sensitive in the stomach and he handled her extremely rough and I could hear the discomfort coming from her. At first I was alone but my stepdad arrived uninvited and suddenly the vet ignored me and acted like I wasnt there, he was very rude and very loud and obnoxious with how he spoke, whenever I tried to ask or say something, he would speak louder over me and continue talking to my stepdad. When it came to the issue with my dog, he had no clue what was wrong and unfortunately talked me into buying nearly $100 worth in medication which he even said might not work. I feel foolish for listening but I wanted to do whatever it took to save Amy. Unfortunately, 10 mins after bringing her back home, Amy went into an epileptic stage and died right before my eyes. I called the receptionist to tell her the news and as "sincere" as she tried to sound, she would not take back the medication which I did not even get the chance to open, so that day I lost my best friend, got disrespected by an obnoxious old man, and got screwed out of $100. I will NEVER EVER come back to this place ever again. My new corgi Leah will get better care at another vet clinic. 3 times as better as this terrible place.

We were absolutely disgusted by this place. The vet was the rudest man we have ever met. He yelled at the assistant for no reason. Then he tried forcing our dog to the table as he yelled at him. I told the man to not man handle my dog and he just ignored my presence. Next he yelled at the assistant for my dog flinching When the man was trying to draw blood. Obviosuly a dog is going to flinch when a needle is stuck in his arm. He wasnt even concerned that our dogs arm swelled up! The assistants seemed like they were fed up with this man and the way he treats them as well. He should definitely not be allowed to call himself a caregiver of any sorts. He couldnt even introduce himself to us or our dog. Obviously he doesnt care for any animals well being.

I thought they were great! They have separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs, courteous staff, a clean facility, and were also able to get me in right away. I read some of the negative reviews and was confused because a friend of mine highly recommended the place - they must have new staff. The doctor we had was very helpful and didnt try to get us to do tests or other things our dog did not need and he had a wonderful, dry sense of humor that appealed to me since I have a dry sense of humor as well. However, having that type of humor can be misconstrued by a lot of people as rudeness or indifference which I assure you was NOT the case. He was ever so attentive and explained things when we asked.

I travel for a living, and it is difficult when I need vet care on the road. The ladies here took a last minute appt. At 5pm to get my dog in before 7. They were also the most reasonable price vet I have ever been to, and instead of charging me for an emergency visit for an out of towner, they discounted my first visit and got what we needed to get my dog and I back in the road for much less than I expected. Highly recommend this vet hospital and their wonderful staff.

My dog came home from her appointment, and I noticed fleas on her the next morning. The receptionist told me that it was most likely an ongoing problem, to which I pointed out that the vet had checked her specifically for fleas, so either she got them there, or the vet does a poor job. Of course, they could solve the problem by selling us $65 worth of medication to get rid of the dogs fleas, and prevent fleas on the cats. How kind of them.

The people that work at that animal hospital have dedicated their lives to help the sick,injured and abandoned animals. Dont believe what the reviews that were recently posted. They sound like something that a disgruntled hopefully former employee would write to lie and slander good people who deserve nothing but praise for all the good that they do.

We had to put our boxer down and boy was it a tough decision. From setting up the appointment to the decision day, the staff was warm, compassionate, understanding and all around supportive through the very tough time. They followed up with a card with sincere words of sympathy. One of the best places with the best people.

Excellent clinic! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and they have always been caring and compassionate with my pets. Dr. Schaht is a very "old school" doctor and is very honest about what you absolutely need or dont need in terms of treatment. Staff is very friendly and caring. Highly recommended.
