My sister was vomiting early in the morning and she couldnt move her hands or feel them. She was about to faint so we came to the closest hospital which was glen oaks They did a CT and they took two hours to get that done. The doctor said they didnt find anything wrong and they send her home with ibroprofen. Three hours later the same thing happened she was vomiting, couldnt breath, and couldnt feel her hands the nurse was very rude and it looked like she hated her job. She came and gave her something to calm down the pain and she left an said she was going to check on her in 20 minutes. An hour and half passed and the nurse never showed up again. Until the doctor came and told her that They were going to do and ultra sound and they took three hours to get that done. This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. Not planing on coming back again ! The nurses were very rude and I think they should get fired ! Worst experience ever. My sister told the doctor that she felt like she was gonna pass out he just said that everything was ok and sent us home. I think they should go back to school.

I took my 3 year old son here whom had been vomiting blood for days. A doctor by the name of Herbert Zerth (night shift) said to me he didnt feel like it was a life threatening situation and thats what the emergency is used for. I responded as a parent, its pretty urgent to me! He then replied, us doctors dont spend 30 years in school for nothing, we know whats life threatening and whats not. I stated, you are a doctor but you are also HUMAN. We all make mistakes, EVEN DOCTORS. He then walked out of the room. Before he could return, my son and I left the hospital and drove to a much BETTER one. The staff here have VERY POOR attitudes, and lack of respect. I wouldnt recommend this place to my WORST ENEMY. I hate that I even have to give it a 1 star, sure doesnt deserve that!

Horrible experience, i do not recommend this hospital for bipolar patients at all. They seemed really confused if you were confident enough to tell them what allergies you have to certain medicine, and they lack the ability to call your own doctor when you explained what medications work with your body. The only people that did seem to care were the therapists that worked the night shift. The two weeks I was there, were one of the longest and painful weeks of my life. Please dont send your family to this hospital with a mental disorder. The therapists were my only safe haven to sanity

HORRIBLE HOSPITAL.....My son was admitted after experiencing a first time seizure. We couldnt get out of there quick enough. Dr.Shahzad was the Primary assigned dr. Never met any dr so rude. Advised us to not seek a 2nd opinion, did not read medical chart before visiting my son. Nurse came in 1x all day. After complaining to supervisor the patient tech came in but never saw nurse again. My son was discharged, never received discharge papers or Rx for seizure meds. Very INCOMPETENT nurses staff, specialists, and overall hospital. Should be shut down.

The night staff was horrible! They were so unkind, not even a hello when they come in. In a job that is to help those in need , your staff is the opposite. No kindness or understanding. I told one of them that I was going to write a bad review and her response was go ahead, thats gross. You should take pride in where you work and care what others think about where your employed. Shame on your staff and your nurses! Stay away they hurt those that are already in pain, just a sick hospital indeed!

This was defiently one of the worst hospital experiences I ever had. I went in a few days ago experiencing early pregnancy problems, I waited 3 hours for an ultrasound, another hour for a pelvic exam, just for a very uneducated doctor to tell me that there was really nothing they could do for me since they couldnt see the baby on the ultrasound, I left and 12 hours later went to another hospital to find out I was infact having a miscarriage. I will never go to this hospital again.

I thought it was nice, immediately, they started to work with me so thought! Im in the emergency room, doctor asked "when was the last time I had a pap smear?" I kindly said last year! They come back to the room, doctor put on his gloves then one of the nurses knock some things down from the tray. The doctor proceeded to pick the item up off the floor. He ready to proceed with my pap smear with the same gloves he put on the floor! Sad

Brought in my 1 year old son with fear that he might have a concussion and waited for over 20 minutes with the emergency room being empty at the time and was not attended quick. very disappointed with the quality of care. When i asked what was taking so long they told me that they were busy with other patients to wait longer. I left and will never go back for anything which is a shame considering I live two minutes away.

My GP sent me there for an ultrasound. I had a scheduled appointment. When I got up to the radiology department I was told they were running behind. 2.5 hours later I walked out without the scan. I completely understand emergencies and the walk-in concept, but dont schedule appointments. Only go there if you have lots of time and nothing better to do. And dont bother to make an appointment, just walk-in and wait...

Staffers in Behavioral Health are physically and psychology abusive to inpatients suffering with major depressive disorder - the EXACT OPPOSITE expectation for effective treatment of this condition!! This abhorrent behavior by staff nurses was supported by top administration which indicates the corruption goes all the way up the food chain. DO YOURSELF AND YOUR LOVED ONES A FAVOR AND SEEK TREATMENT ELSEWHERE!!

WOW! Our 2 year old came in needing stiches on Thanksgiving. The entire staff was happy, friendly, gentle, quick. They actually ended up using glue to save him from a scar. They were so gentle getting him a gown, warm blanket, cleaning his cut on his face, gluing his lip, that he literally fell asleep. No wait either! Very thankful for such great medical care by such great people while we were out of town.

Dear God if you value your life , sign the waiver and do not be transported to this E.R. the docter on staff is condescending, rude , arrogant and made faces at my mothers excruciating pain. Shame on hospital for having this type of doctors on staff, they should be working at state penitentiary see how far that attitude will get them , instead of with sick people needing help and compassion.

Best Nuclear Medicine in Chicago land area Excellent and outstanding service! No waiting for registration to services. When we went there they took us right in and started taking care of my mother immediately. Outstanding nurses and technicians who demonstrated efficiency, expertise and most importantly concerned care during the treatment. Recommended to everyone!!!

While visiting the area over the Christmas holiday I had internal bleeding that required immediate attention. The ER staff, ER doctors, and the Doctors and Nurses on the 2nd floor were caring, professional, and made sure that I was comfortable and that my needs were taken care of. Could not have ask for better treatment of an emergency situation.
