My fathers first went to the Podiatry Group in Aug of 2016, in hopes that he would be able to order some diabetic shoes. He finally received his shoes in late Oct and ever after they measured his feet to make sure the right size was ordered the shoes he got didnt work. So the first pair was returned the first week of Nov. After waiting a month without a call and leaving three phone messages I finally got a call back from the person who is in charge of ordering the diabetic shoes. After telling her what my concerns were and asking why the shoes hadnt came in yet she was very rude and told me that if I thought he had been waiting to long that she could just cancel my fathers order and then she said how would you like that. So after getting nowhere with her my father ended up waiting almost two months for the second pair of shoes to come in. Not sure I would recommend Indiana Podiatry Group.. even though Dr Nathan Graves is an amazing caring Dr and very knowledgeable you have to deal a lot with his staff and they do not always keep there word. And some are rude beyond measure.

I am so happy to see Dr. Nathan Graves at the Podiatry Group. He is a considerate, caring doctor that puts his patients needs at the forefront. His personal manner and professionalism makes him a leader in his field.
