The staff at Petersen Pet Hospital were the best I have ever worked with. My dog, who is kind of a skittish little guy, was right at home there. He sniffed around, felt comfortable meeting all the staff, and didnt feel nervous at all! That really says a lot when I see that. The staff also warmed up to me immediately. We were conversing as if we were old friends; I liked that very much! The office and examination rooms were clean and when I arrived I witnessed the staff vacuuming one of the rooms after one client left. The central vacuum system is a nice touch :) I would recommend any of my friends, family, or associates to Petersen Pet Hospital!!

We moved here 2 years ago and found Peterson Pet Hospital. I am very fussy about who takes care of our girls (3 Shih Tzus). Peterson Pet Hospital took me on a tour of the facility and introduced me to some of their staff. I knew right then this was the place for my girls. The doctors there are very caring and treat your pet as if they were their own! When your pet hurts they hurt. They do everything they can to make sure your pet gets the best care! I love that they always call when your pet is sick to make sure they are doing okay. And when you walk in the door they know you and your pet by name. I would recommend this Vet to EVERYONE!

I take both of my cats here for general care/check-ups/emergencies. Dr. Saunders is super nice and is very sweet to my kitties. Ive had other doctors take care of my cats when she is not available, and they are all very nice too! The receptionists are so polite, they open the door for me when I leave because one of my cats is kind of heavy. They really care about my pets and make sure to explain very thoroughly how and when to give medicine to my cats when theyre sick. I love this place. Its very clean and bright. No bad pet smells unlike other pet hospitals. I definitely recommend taking your pets here.

We just recently moved to the area, and our cat had a flare up of a prior condition due to the stress of moving. Dr. Emily Saunders at Petersen Pet Hospital was able to accept a new patient on quite a short notice, and took very good care of him. All staff is very friendly and did an amazing job of keeping our cat relatively calm when he hates vet visits. Thank you for the kindness and care you provide. On second emergency visit we met with Dr. Ann Eike who was also very kind. Im sure you couldnt go wrong with any of the doctors here.

Brought our 9 year old blue heeler in for his yearly check up, and was blown away by the friendly staff, clean environment, and genuine passion. Dr. Saunders was the vet that took care of him, and she was very patient with our dog Beau, and us. She made sure all of or questions were answered, and you could tell she truly loved taking care of Beau. The vet techs were excellent as well. Cant say enough good things about or experience with the entire staff, and the genuine passion and excitement they had for caring for our fur baby.

Excellent vet office! I am extremely picky about vets for my kitties, and have always wanted the best. Petersen Pet Hospital and Dr. Saunders are fantastic. They were great in giving a diagnosis and final care to my beloved cat. Dr. Saunders was fantastic in the treatment of our 2 new kittens who had ringworm, and she has always made us feel very comfortable with our kitties care. Dr. Saunders and been fantastic at managing the kidney disease in our oldest cat. The care we receive means very much to us! Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Petersen Pet Hosital they are amazing! They have a genuine concern for each of my pets, even though one of them is really naughty. I have 2 cats and one has diabetes so we are in the office frequently. Dr. Petersen takes the time to listen to all my concerns. My cats and I have been going to Peterson Pet Hospital and have seen several Drs there. Each person in the office has been great dealing with my pets. I will continue to take my cats in for visits, and will recommend to others.

I brought my newly adopted 6-month-old kitty, Salem, here for the first time today for a check up and was very happy with the visit. The front desk staff greeted me and Salem right away, and instantly took an interest in her. The vet techs (I forgot their names) were both great, and Dr.McGinty seems extremely knowledgeable. They all are very compassionate towards animals, and I fully trust that they have Salems best interest in mind. The facilities are also very clean and comfortable. Thank you <3

The best decision we ever made for our pets was bringing them to Petersen Pet Hospital. They saved the life of our dog and we will forever be grateful. The staff are compassionate and go above and beyond to ensure that all concerns are met. We have lived in a fair number of places throughout the years and this practice is the first that Ive gone to that seemed to actually care about the animal and not try to nickel and dime you. We visited Petersen Pet Hospital last week. This was our first visit, a friend had recommended them. We were very pleased with the service that we received. Our little dog is a bit skittish around anyone new and all of the staff were kind and patient with her. Dr. Eike made our little girl feel at ease when she examined her. We were very please with the service, professionalism and friendliness of everyone at the the hospital.

My daughter and I brought her 18 month old dog to Petersen Pet Hospital for the first time, and from check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding and the staff was very kind and caring. The office was clean and comfortable. The doctor was kind and very thorough in checking the dog. It was also great to have them call back and check on how the dog is doing. I highly recommend them.

We have been using Petersen Pet Hospital for about six years now and the experience has always been excellent. All of the doctors are great, especially Dr. Saunders who cares for our two dogs as well as the pediatrician cares for our children. The dogs love coming to the clinic where Sarah and all of the techs./staff spoil them. Its a first-rate operation.

Finding a vet when youre new in town can be nerve-wracking! However, Petersen Pet Hospital made it a breeze. They got me all paperwork prior to my visit and had all of her records from my vet in San Diego in her file before our first visit. The staff is great, and they took extra care with my dog, who has been deaf since birth. Great experience!
