Staff is very rude and disrespectful. They never seem to know whats going on. Very poor record keeping. The staff will come across as if they know whats going on. Half the time they give the wrong information and they will argue with you. Dr. Snyder is the only one in the office that knew what was going on and he would apologize over and over for his staff telling me wrong information that could have killed my dog. To my knowledge he has retired. They have a young female that sits at the front and talks trash on patients and other staff. I called into the office once for advice and she knew nothing about what she was talking about and when i asked her to ask the doctor, she started yelling at me. Bottom line.... i got my dogs records and left this place behind.

We have been taking our pet rats to this clinic since we moved here a year and a half ago. They get us in quickly and are very knowledgeable. Weve seen Drs Snyder, Gratton and Guernsey but most of the time weve seen Dr Guernsey. She will go out of her way to consult with the exotic animal director at K-State when needed. And she always returns our calls right away. We definitely appreciate this little gem in Topeka!

Rude staff, sloppy record keeping. Dr Snyder was the best. Not sure what has happened at the clinic....but will find out. The new owners only care about profit over pets. Obviously this clinic needs profit to survive, but not at the ridiculous exspence of my pets. Be on alert and please beware in my opinion.

The vet techs treat customers as if we are stupid and we are expendable. I dont think anyone at this office realizes customers pay their paychecks cause they sure dont treat us with any respect. The doctors are great. Their aids are a bunch of catty, trashy women that make it feel gross going there.

Ive been taking my pet rats here for almost two and half years and I couldnt be more pleased. Its hard to find veterinarians that know about small animals or "pocket pets", but the people here have plenty of knowledge and are incredibly kind and caring.

As the owner of a pet hedgehog, it was very hard to find a suitable clinic. This vet was very knowledgeable and has taken great care of her! Would recommend them to anyone.

Found an injured baby rabbit and brought it here to be put down and they didnt care enough to help. Could care less about animals apparently.
