I purchased a Groupon to have my Golden Retievers bathed and toe nails cut, we called and made an appointment to take them both in at the same time. At the time of booking they said to bring first thing in the morning and we could pick them up at noon, when we dropped them off they said they wouldnt be done until 3:30 or 4:00. We also asked them to clean out their ears, which would come with the bath, but we offered to pay more to insure it was done. When my husband picked them up they told him we owed $18 per dog for boarding, & they needed their shot for kennel cough. He said we dont board our dogs ever, they said well they have been here all day, because they wouldnt let us pick them up before then. All they did was give them a bath, their nails were untouched, ears not cleaned, and they both were shedding loose hair like crazy. The vet was so busy trying to tell him all the things that they needed, teeth cleaning, asking about shots, argued about the boarding, that he didnt notice what wasnt done & they kept our pinch collars, so that ment an other trip from Broken Arrow to pick them up. Zoe is 11 years old Cassey is 9, they both were so exhausted they wouldnt even stand up to eat, and drank water like they hadnt had any all day. I would not take an animal back there if they were the only vet in town, I thought by taking them to a vet clinic they would get better treatment, but not so. I think that since we had a Groupon they would rather not have been bothered.

Way too expensive! I will be going back to my old vet. The first visit I made here, I was told the antibiotics would be 8-9 dollars. When I got the bill it was 92 dollars. Today my dog had an ear infection. My old vet charged me 75 dollars and i needed up paying 200 dollars for a steroid shot, and some antibiotics. I love my pet, but I can get the same thing for half the price somewhere else.

If you want the lastest, most top notch treatment and care for your pet,this is your place. You will have to pay probably more than some others but to me it was well worth it. Just be prepared for it. Everyone is warm and caring but a little disorganized or ADD. But I plan to continue to take my pets there. Ive checked out quite a few different vets and am most confident here.

They took the time to answer my many questions and provided me with helpful tips for introducing the kitten to our other cat, which has been a success! We found Dr. Robards after searching for the BEST in Tulsa, and this place is great! I would trust our precious dog, 10 pound Schnoodle, Bella, to no one else in Tulsa. What you can expect is a professional, caring veterinarian, who takes better care of animals than many people receive! I do not think you will be disappointed!

Ive been taking my pets to Dr. Robards for over 20 years and I wont take them anywhere else. He and his staff are highly competent and experienced, so compassionate and they love my "fur babies" like their own.
