AWFUL! Will never go back. My Fiance went in for flu symptoms- "dr." Told him that he had a stomach virus and that he was 99% sure that he did not have the flu. They decided to test for the flu anyways and it came out positive. Huge misdiagnosis! After my Fiance was done I went because I had the same symptoms-this was a mistake to return, but when I walked in and the "dr." Saw me he said he would innediatly right me tamiflu and a 5 day work excuse then he changed his mind and said he should test me. After the test was completed it came out negative- I know for a fact I was misdiagnosed , I have the same symptoms as my Fiance. The "dr."proceeded to tell me that he will still right me tamiflu and that I will be able to return to work the next day with a 100 degree fever ..... What a joke!

I wish it were possible to give this place less than one star. Deciding to be treated here has proved to be a terrible decision. When calling ahead of time I wasnt told that they would be able to properly treat my ailment & I didnt find out until I was leaving three hours later, my doctor didnt give me the prescription she said she would which of course they cant make another of, instead she chose to waste my time writing a prescription for an over the counter drug that I informed wasnt going to be covered by my insurance. My symptoms have in no way improved from the two trips to this business. Thank you very much Nortons for wasting my time, my money & the trip I had to take to the emergency room

Visited for flu symptoms, was tested for the flu, negative. Gave medicine for a sinus infection, 6 days later and i am not better. Called to see if they could prescribe more meds and was told i would have to come back in for another office visit (another copay). Ask to speak to a supervisor and was told she wasnt at this location. I dont think I was diagnosed correctly and was rushed thru after i was finally called back. Got to be a better place within a couple miles. One star is to much.

Terrible...would rate less if possible. "Doctor" that saw me was a Hack! Came in for dizziness fatigue and other cold/flu symptoms. So called "Doctor" evaluated my condition for no more than 45 seconds and told me I had "fluid behind my eardrums"... pretty vague. immediately prescribed me antibiotics. THERE WAS A LARGE SIGN ON THE OFFICE WALL EXPLICITLY SAYING THAT FLUID BEHIND EARDRUMS IS NOT A CALL FOR ANTIBIOTICS!!! Ive had better service at fast food restaurants...

As with most of these doc-in-the-box places, it is hit or miss as to whether youll get the right medical professionals that can help you. Our family had two very poor experiences here in 2016. It seems that the likely root cause was the physician on duty. Minimal interaction, jumps to poor conclusions, inadequate diagnosis, and other hack-level traits. So, Ill just say to avoid that "Hill" if you dare cast a shadow at this place.

First urgent care center ever that doesnt even bother to treat you even for basic stuff like needing a pain killer for a kidney stone. Came in waited for an hour and they just say oh well go to the ER we cant help you here. Been to urgent care centers before they at least treat you like your sick and do something for you. Avoid this place if you actually need care

First visit here, the doctor was very condescending. Also told me that something I had been previously diagnosed with was something else (I later found out he was wrong). Second visit, a different doctor prescribed me two medicines that I couldnt even take together.

Will not return, brought my dauter in with blood on her face and they would not let her see a doctor because, when they called to verify my insurance (Anthem BCBS) the office was closed, so they said they could not help us.

Went in for constant watery eyes with swelling of eyelids. The doctor put dyed into my eye and made sure it wasnt scratched. Ruled out allergies and then prescribed an antibiotic and steroid. Very thorough and professional.

The woman at the desk was rude and ignorant about basic medical terminology. Dont go here. Youll regret it
