I had my baby girl here one year ago and my only complaint is the billing department. My daughters Nurses were AMAZING, Kristen and Kourtney took the time to sign a card for my babys first birthday. They were so caring, patient, and you could tell they really enjoy what they do. I cant say enough about them! My nurses were equally as wonderful, one of nurses named Billy was an AMAZING birthing couch. She did everything she could to make my first birthing experience so special. The lactation consultant Donna, Now she goes above and beyond! She was the absolute best. The kitchen staff and everyone else that comes and goes in the room were all great. I can honestly say my experience there was wonderful! With that being said, the billing department needs to get it together. From sending bills that were already paid to not communicating on what needed to be paid. Absolute headache! I am still dealing with problems, thanks to their incompetence my name is now in collections. NO NOTICE that there was a balance, no letter saying they were sending my name. I am completely disgusted by this department. All I can say is, stay on top of them. Yet I did that, and here I am. GOOD LUCK!

I just had to let the Hospital Administration know of a wonderful employee you have. On Monday, April 5th, I went into Thib. Regional to have pre op testing done for surgery I am going to have in Baton Rouge. I had my orders from my DR. in Baton Rouge, but something was missing on the orders, and the girl called in her supervisor, Tiffany Evans. Tiffany took over, and she got in touch with my Dr., they then faxed her the correct information. I had the testing done, but when I asked the tect. when the results would be sent to my family dr. in Thibodaux for clearance, she said..they would send the tests to Baton Rouge. I came home, knowing that was wrong, so I called Tiffany, and once again, she came to my rescue!!! Today is Thursday, and my results are now at the Family Clinic in Thibodaux,thanks to Tiffany, and I will go tomorrow to get my clearance. This may not seem like a lot to you, but I am in my 70s and I was getting so frustrated, but thanks to Tiffany and her soothing ways, she made a bad situation easy for me to bear. I only wish there were more "Tiffanys" in this world....Sincerely, Mrs. Carolyn Marse

Yall dont know how to clean up this place. Its pitiful that in the ICU there is syringe caps, alcohol wipes, and a USED glove on the floor. Even the doctor squirted the medicine out of the syringe on the wall to make sure it works. Shouldnt they already know if it works? Did anyone clean it up after? Nope. And its also a shame that the doctors and nurses clown around when they have many patients that are in need of their help. They do a good job but the janitors and themselves do NOT keep the rooms sanitary. The ER is also a mess. No further explanation cause theres nothing yall can do about it, but its always full of patients when the doctors are super busy squirting syringe medicine on a wall

A few weeks ago I had medical testing done at your facility. Drs. Duplechain and Dobard were both great with wonderful bedside manor. All of their co-workers were very helpful, and presented a very relaxing, professional environment. Thanks again to all of you.
