This veterinary office has contributed to the long life of my beloved Coderz, they made it possible for him to live a long fulfilling 16 years. The employees there are all pet owners themselves and are very understanding of the pains an owner goes through with difficult decisions in your pets life. Unfortunately I had to put my bubby down, they set me up with all the information needed to have him cremated, and took care of it. About a week later I received his urn and in the mail, I also got a letter from the office. It had a sympathy card signed by everyone at the office and a paw print of Codys paw. It was such a nice gesture and Im so grateful to have one last keepsake.

A week ago we parted with our Lizzy-dog after 16 years. My wife had to bring her down by herself. Dr. Schrank and his staff went beyond professional; they seemed to share in our suffering. They made sure that Lizzys last moments were free from anxiety and painless. They also made my wife as comfortable as she could be at such a dreadful time. Our Liz was a regular patient at AAVH for all her shots and checkups. We were very satisfied with all the care she received from all the other docs as well. We cannot recommend them enough. Ive been bringing my fur baby here for the last 5+ years & theyve ALWAYS taken good care of me & my baby. Ive been brining my now, 9 month old Pitbull here for the last few months too & couldnt be happier with the way they handle & treat him. My grandparents have been brining their dogs here for 15+ years too! & I dont plan on switching vets any time soon! Ofcourse vet bills get to be expensive sometimes, but overall Im extremely satisfied with the service & the love & care they give their patients. :)

I have used this Vet for every pet I have had. They are nice and caring. They show nothing but care and concern for every animal I have had. My Rottie loves going in to see them. They do not treat her any different because she is a big dog. I recently took a cat that was not mine in that was hit by a car and they contacted the owner and the cat received the care needed. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

I havent had the $$$ to bring my cats for a while. When I got my one cat in they didnt make feel bad about it. I was treated like my last name was Trump!! All the young lady (vet tech) said was to try and get them in sooner. They have all class of up town, but understand the blue collar client. Awesome

We LOVE Dr. Bean!!! Everyone there for that matter. They took gentle care of our baby; which was great because our pit bull is afraid of everything. I dont feel like they are trying to "oversell" services just what is needed.
