If I could give them NO STARS I would at this point!!! I have been coming here for years with my dogs, one is going on 10 years old and yes some of the staff is nice some arent. Just a little over a month ago I took my 4.5 month old Frenchie there cause he wasnt using his front leg. They did some X-rays and said they didnt see anything about 2 weeks later i still didnt see him improving so i made another appointment (which I wish i would of went somewhere else) and they got me in which now it was about 3 weeks since everything started, they did new X-rays which didnt look much diffident to me really for them to say now they see what could be a break. now after everything is said and done with and going to another place since they said there wasnt anything they could do for my puppy I have now been told he broke something in his elbow and since puppies heal so fast there isnt much they can do besides hoping he will learn to just deal with it or remove the leg because surgery may not even help. surgery is about $3000 and the surgeon in Annapolis at CVSS said to not even bother with the surgery. I am not only beyond pissed but upset and devastated that my 5 month french bulldog cant live a normal life anymore because of them misdiagnosing my puppy. the amount of money i spent on him to just to get him doesnt even matter at this point its the fact that i have this puppy who cant walk normal he cant play or run and cant go on walks because of this. Everhart looked at the very first X-ray and said it didnt look normal and any normal vet would of taken a differ view and it could of been seen and fixed when it first happened. I dont know about anyone else but if this happened to your puppy i would think you would be pretty upset especially because i have been here for so many years i trusted them with my fur babies. Last year if someone would of asked me if they should take there pet here I would of said yea but after the last two months of dealing with this mess and all the hurt i would never tell anyone to go here and i will make sure that everyone i have sent to them pull there pets from this place because i would never want anyone to ever have to deal with the hurt and sadness i have had to go threw and will have to deal with for many years to come considering hes only 5 months so i will have to deal with this for the rest of his life. I personal am looking into whatever i can do to make sure this place pays for what they have done to my Frenchie!!! PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!

My wife and child brought our very sick dog here. The the Vet was very rude as she DOGGED my family out as she insinuated that the dog had been neglected. She (the Vet) recommended the dog be euthanized, which broke our hearts. My child called me up crying as he told me the Vet questioned him about the care he gave the dog and my son said the Vet pretty much blamed him for the state of the dog. We ran out of there with our sick dog and went to another Vet in the area who assured us that the dogs sickness had nothing to do with the care we gave it. Even if you thought that it was the care we gave it, why would you treat an 11 year old boy so harshly that he felt like crap. I will not be going back here.

I have been coming to this practice for over 16 years. During this time I have brought 5 dogs and 5 cats. Needless to say, 3 of the dogs and 1 of the cats are no longer with us. And the vets at Millersville Animal Hospital has helped them pass over to The Bridge. The vets, techs and front desk have all been professional me and my husband and with each of our pets (and we have never smelled alcohol on any of them). In fact my husband and I like them so much that now my in-laws are starting to bring their pets to Dr. Rommel and Dr. T. I wouldnt trust any other vet practice with my pets.

Caring and Concerned. I recently had to take one of my older dogs into Millersville Animal Hospital for what turned out to be her last trip. Dr. Rommel was truly a professional and realistic about the treatment. They are what I am looking for in a vet, someone to give me good treatment options. When I decided that it was her time to go Dr. Rommel was caring and concerned with the staff. While it was a low day for me and the condolences that were sent by the staff the following day were truly a gesture that will not be soon forgotten! Quality Organization!!

This is a great place to take your pets. My wife & I have three dogs that Ive been taking to Millersville Animal Hosp. We have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Rommel, Dr. Trigilio, Megan, Amanda, Michelle, & Melissa, all of which seem to love thier job and our pets. We recently had a medical scare with one of our dogs, Max. Dr. Rommel and his staff were outstanding. Thanks to thier care, our Max is back home and healthy. Thanks to all of you (even those I may not have named) for all of your hard work!

Brought my pom/yorkie here after 3 failed visits to my usual vet to get rid of my dogs diarrhea. After one visit shes back to her normal number twos and we were able to knock out her vaccines all in one visit. Their visit cost is a little more than my last office but it is worth it and the staff was nice and caring towards my little fur baby.

I started taking my two cats here after having a bad experience with Banfield. The doctors and staff are very nice and are true animal lovers. The vets take there time and explain what they are doing and why. I highly recommend this practice. Under the exceptional care of the cardiologist and Millersville Animal Hospital my cats is thriving.

Ive been taking my three dogs here for years, as have some of my family members. Millerville Animal Hospital has always been good to us. Theyre honest, and while I dont really shop around, their prices seem fair for the services. I never really have to wait very long once I arrive, and the place is always clean.

All I could smell was alcohol coming from the employees. I felt as if they were drinking on the JOB. My cat is my life and I dont want anyone that is intoxicated taking care of him! Dr. Rommel was great! But, I wont be back!

I took my cat here to get neutered months ago, then I called today and said I never been there before. And if I had no proof I would have to pay for shots again, 300$$$$ shots!!!!!
