To start off the doctors and nurses who work here are great. The doctors especially. However, the poor review provided is due to the receiptionist staff. Even after trying to take a day to cool off I must say their receiptionist/ check in desk people are terrible. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I called yesterday and was hung up on three times after being patient the first two for my turn on the telephone to ask my question. The call was not dropped accidentally as I was able to feel the attitude from the receiptionist on the other end. The issue itself was so simple to resolve but the receptionists refused to take the time to resolve my issue and either didnt know the answer and thought hanging up without resolution was an appropriate solution or she is just that disrespectful. They do not take the time to listen to what the issue you are trying to resolve is and just shoot you an answer hoping to get rid of you even if it isnt a complete answer. Worst experience ever. Again the doctors and nurses are great. Very professional, but good luck trying to get anything accomplished through the receptionist office.

Actually, the retirement of Dr. Stephen Pickard was and is the single most derogatory event to plague this neo-Nazi, pseudo-medical conglomeration. Note: Physicians Assistants should be judiciarally blocked from trying to practice their new brand of poison(medicinal therapy). Im seriously struggling to stay alive in an acceptable, functional fashion. The absence of humanitarian sentiment at this facility is Satanic at best and mind boggling to a mere human such as myself. Enough said. God Blesses, jONI. ps These dark wizards have most definitely lost this astro-intellect client of 25, difficult years. Thank God.

I had a VERY negative experience with Frederick Primary Care Associates. So I did a lot of researching reviews and polling friends before deciding on coming to Catoctin Medical Group, but I am SOOOO glad I did. This office might be a little "older" in how it is run, but I love it. Its small and personal. Doctors and staff are responsive and communicate and listen. They do lab testing in house, so schedule appointments early and fast and take advantage of the convenience. I"m very exciting to have found this practice and look forward to developing a relationship here. No wait for phone calls or appointment.

Ive been a patient with Catoctin Medical Group for many years. The care Ive received has been good. The previous reviewer must have had a bad day. The nurses are friendly, and helpful and the doctors are able to relate to you on a Human level. I like that. They dont discount you if you have a concern, they listen. The wait in the office waiting room can get long, so book your appt in the early morning, or right after lunch if you want to be quick!

The front desk staff, nurses, doctors and physicians assistants are very friendly, helpful and take great care of their patients.
