This medical care was exactly as expected, but then after the visits I would receive a $30 statement for co-pay. Since this had already been paid at the date of service I assumed it was a billing error. I eventually called the practice to make sure everything was OK. Laura Suska answered the phone, and was extremely rude from the beginning, its frustrating to be getting bills for something youve already paid, but Laura apparently does not understand or know that because she tried fight with me at each and every turn. She talked over me, she never attempted to try to apologize about any of the issues and when I sounded frustrated about it she stated "Maam you have anger management problems" thats just one of the great lines that Laura provided. I guess other people call in very happy about the confusing billing, and love it when Laura continually corrects them/tells them they are wrong, and enjoys being talked over throughout the entire conversation. She insisted that she was the practice manager- which I knew to be absolutely incorrect. She also refused to let me speak to anyone else stating "I am the highest up person at this practice" repeatedly. Overall this was extremely disappointing. I pay all of my bills, and I pay them on time so if this is how billing treats someone who is happy to pay the doctor for good care then I would hate to see how they treat anyone else.

I would not have given this place even one star if there was an option to. Here are the problem with this practice (1) It is way expensive than other urgent care in the area. Minimum price is $200 plus fee for every single test they do . They will mention nothing about whether your insurance will cover anything or not (2) Doctor seemed very unwelcoming and as if she didnt really want to waste the time to see the patient. (3) Doctor was not even an MD ! She was a physical assistant (4) They will fool you with their fancy technologies, but be prepared to pay $200 + fees just to get throat swabb or to get penicillin Save yourself the money and time and go to other urgent care.

Very rude nurse practitioner. Technician that took vitals was very uneducated. Said my wifes height was 49 inches, when trying to correct tactfully by saying that it had to be a mistake because our daughter was taller than that. She just said that we didnt understand because it was inches. Im sorry but when your technicians do not understand basic math and does not realize that a taller female is not 4 foot 1 inches. Then how am I going to trust your medical decisions?

Pleasant doctor but nurse fit me incorrectly with a boot for my foot. My foot was hanging over the end and her response was:, "They only come in 2 sizes small and large. The large would be too big." Really,? The boot was so uncomfortable I could not wear it. When I went to a specialist they told me to never use Right time. No reason for creating more pain than I was already in.

Truly amazing experience. I made an appointment on line -- when I arrived, they had everything ready for me to register. The nurse took me to the exam room immediately. She was not out of the room 2 minutes before the PA came in. I was there a total of 20 minutes!!! Keep up the awesome work and Thank You!!

I called this location, and could barely hear the rep. on the phone. He hung up before I had the chance the finish my call, needless to say his customer service skills were lacking.
