Just a tip regarding your level of professionalism for the "Clinical Supervisor", Judy Roelofs. Your responses to the reviews posted by patients who have had less then a positive experience at the clinic, you so proudly protect is so unperfessional and to be honest your responses valadates each and every negative statement that has been made regarding your staff and operations. Instead of apologizing for your staffs bad behavior, you make excuses to justify their actions. You continuly justify employees actions when they come.to.work.late.or dont come in at all (That seems to be a common occurrence at your clinic as you used that excuse on multiple reviews.) I would never hire you as an employee...Its sickening to me to know people like you and your staff are allowed to opperate in an industry that is meant to help people, instead you do the exact opposite, shame on you! No need to embarrass yourself or your facility any further by responding.

This place is terrible... We waited to see the doctor, as my wife was sick, and once it was finally our turn he spent less than one minute looking at her and told her to take Tylenol. A week later, my wife still was not feeling well so we went to a CVS minute clinic, the nurse there took the time and found out she had an infection which needed antibiotics... Even worse, I stopped at the desk on the way out to pay our co-pay, we paid $20 instead of $25 because I had not received my Cards yet so I didnt know the exact co-pay. Instead of receiving a $5 bill for the difference they charged the full $25 again... Unorganized, waste of time, waste of money... go to cvs and talk to a nurse instead...

Greed at the highest level. For their addiction patients who they prescribe subuxone (which I dont take, and am completely off everything thank God), they charge huge amounts compared to other doctors in the NOVA region. And they have a lot of patients. I think it was $300 - $350 a month to walk in for 4-5 minutes and literally have them do nothing but write the script. Selfish, selfish peoples. I should have written this years ago when I went there. These people are no more than legal drug dealers. Yet someone coming in for a physical pays maybe $80, and gets far more time spent on them. Shameful practice of the WORST KIND!

David Mejia is the most rudest person ever. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The whole time he looked mad and gave me attitude for no reason. Also gave me a hard time because I had my daughter with me. I came for a drug test. What was my 12 month daughter going to do? Pee in the cup for me? I went back and forth with him for awhile and still took my drug test. This place is bottom of the barrel. I hated coming here and wouldnt have if I did not have to. Hire better staff!

As I see other people comment. We see the world not the way it is but the way we are. If our motives are good, we assume the motives of others are good too. If our intentions are bad, we assume that the intentions of others are bad. The way reviewer wrote about the clinic is not true.. Also yelp need to filter what are people posting? My experience is wonderful with Altmed. All Staff are very friendly.

Beware of Dr. MATCH. Not a nice person in the least. Had a 0900 appt with another Dr. No one showed up. At 1000 was told to go next door to see Dr Match. Another hour later I was finally seen. Asked why I was there, then was accused of being a drug dealer and sent on my way. Lovely morning. And I had to pay for the privilege of being slandered

I saw Dr. Hyatt and he is awesome. He took a personal interest in my care, and made me feel like he was my primary care doctor even after my visit. He kept in touch, made additional suggestions on what I should do next and followed up with me. The staff was friendly too. Great place.

was a patient of Dr Lees for years..small misunderstanding led to a trip to the door..Dr Lee a very nice man..but for profit? or because he cares? maybe both..the Guy who works in the front is really rude..beware

hmmm, not sure why this place got such bad reviews. I went in here to get drug tested. Went in and out in under 30 minutes. Fast and easy. The place does look a tad bit old, but nothing repulsive.

Addiction patients beware they charge way too much!!! Theyre so greedy they see you every 4 weeks so thats 13 visits a year opposed to going once a month.
