Super friendly staff, and very knowledgeable! I had a very pleasant experience with Monica who helped me select frame & lenses, and place the final order. Her professional knowledge, patience and customer-oriented attitude are well beyond my expectation of a good service these days. When I was shopping for eye glass frame, I was referred to Eye to Eye by a couple of co-workers. Although Eye 2 Eye has a decent selection of frames, it did not carry in stock the exact color and size of the frames which I liked the most. Monica offered the help of finding those EXACT frames for me to try on in person, so that I can be more confident in making the final decision. She went this extra mile not only once, but TWICE, -- actually the second time was definitely due to my negligence, so I am so grateful and impressed that Monica still handled my request with patience and smile as always. In addition, she explained to me the different options of lenses materials and coating in laymans terms. One tip that I learned through the journey is that the cost of lenses might vary considerably even with the same vision insurance plan, instead of the universal in network rate that I used to see in medical insurance bill. The price tag of Eye 2 Eye product is quite competitive when comparing with two other eye doctor offices I visited. Other staffs that I met at Eye 2 Eye seem very friendly as well. Ill definitely go back to Eye 2 Eye for my familys eye glass supply in the future. Monica and Eye 2 Eye, thanks a lot!
