The worst ear crop Ive ever had on any of my dogs. I gave this vet pictures and told him exactly what kind of show crop I wanted. My puppy came out botched and with the ugliest crop ever. Extremely short and wide. Do not go to these people! They dont listen to your desires and only do what they want. I am certain this guy has no clue how to do a show crop. Not to mention they quote you one price over the phone and when it comes time to pay it was HUNDREDS of dollars more than what they said the most expensive price could be. I had to take my puppy to the emergency vet a few days afterwards because the guy taped the ears so tight and didnt stitch them together so meat was hanging out. The emergency veterinarian said that my dog had a horrible ear crop and even asked who did it! Vets rarely ever talk about each other but they made it clear that this vet was very uneducated about how ear crops should be done. Beware to anyone who goes here especially ones looking for a vet that does ear crops.

Worst Animal Hospital. I took my hamster here twice, the first time for an eye infection, the doctor gave me some useless drops that did absolutely nothing to cure the infection. The second time i took my pet here was because a problem with her cheek pouch, I dont know what he did to my poor hamster but she was in very bad condition, she was really weak. I thought she just needed rest but she ended up dying the next night, the worst part is she had to suffer a slow death during the night i picked her up and the entire next day. Just by looking at her the morning after i picked her up I knew she was dying. She couldnt walk, only barely drag herself around and sure enough she was dead by the night. Please take good care of your pets and dont take them here. I ended up paying 103 dollars just so this so called veteran could end up killing my pet. :(

Took our new puppy boxer there once we found out they performed ear cropping. The surgery went very well. They had Romo a full day and took good care of him. Follow up care was good. Its been about six weeks since his operation and his ears are beautiful. Wonderful job. The location is very inconvenient, near a very busy intersection off 410 and Riggs Rd. Also, not respectful of clients time and appointment times are not always honored. Twice Ive gone to be told the vet is in surgery and I would have to wait an hour or come back. Would appreciate a notification call before I make a 45 minute drive for nothing. Yes I will continue to use for now.

Terrible communication, too expensive. The doctor and his staff were not particularly friendly and had a terrible time communicating. He misunderstood half of the symptoms we were telling him and therefore sought to do procedures that werent necessary (such as hook my dog up to IV to give fluids when hed been drinking normally). It seemed like a way to rack up the bill. While the experience in the office was quite unpleasant, our dog (who came in with an intestinal parasite) did get better so I guess it wasnt all bad.

Took kitten in for a spay. Was quoted a price of $112, ended up being $160. Vet is far too expensive. Was told by someone else that this vet worked with Alley Cat and was inexpensive. No excuse whatsoever for trying to charge the max for everything. If you do go, make sure you request a list of charges. Also vet charges before you ever get a list of what you were charged. Will not be returning ever again. I do not have unlimited income and this visit nearly broke me.

My dog Baby Girl is the third dog I have brought here. Service continues to be good. Dr. Dillon and Dr. Raj always take good care of me and my pets. They are patient and explain to me what is going on with my dog. Auxiliary help is also very friendly, knowledgeable and have good rapport with my dog.

I take all 3 of my doggies to Langley Animal Hospital. The service is amazing. Courteous, professional, and fees are much more inexpensive than other Vets in my area. They also provide boarding care. I will definitely be taking my dogs there as long as they are around.
