I sought out Dr. Reinhardt for a second opinion on a cat. The other vet, located down the street a bit, had performed a cursory exam and referred the cat for a $1000 endoscopy. Dr. Reinhardt took her time (over an hour) to perform a full examination and to gain a full history. She laid out a diagnostic plan that ultimately may have resulted in the scope procedure, if necessary. But only after other diagnostic tests were performed first. Shortly after beginning a course of antibiotics, the cat responded and began feeling MUCH better. I am grateful to Dr. Reinhardt for being thorough and, oh yeah, competent. No excuse for the other vets failure to discover that the cats problem was a bacterial infection.

The staff at Valley Animal Hospital is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I am very happy with every visit i had so far. They really take the time to talk to you and make recommendations. I have purchased everything there from dog food, to vitamins and medicine for my Black Russian Terrier. Their prices are reasonable and the service you get is excellent. Its really nice to find a place that cares about your pet as much as you do.

My husband and I are so grateful to have found Dr. Reinhardt and the great staff at Valley Animal Hospital. It had been many, many years since Id felt comfortable with the care my animals received, but I am happy as a clam now. From her sympathy and empathy when we had to say goodbye to our beloved beagle, to her current excellent care and advice with the newest member of our family. Highly recommend Dr. Reinhardt!

We took our new puppy here when we discovered ticks in her ears and also she had a bad skin issue... The Vet was EXTREMELY nice and explained everything to us and was 100% attentive. We did wait a little while to be seen, but was well worth it becuase of the dedicated and professional staff. thanks!!!! Oh, also the treatment was just right and puppy was very comfortable. =o) -Mike

Valley Dog and Cat Hospital on Reisterstown Road is by far the best animal hospital in Owings Mills. I take both of my dogs Rudy and Mystic there. Dr Scherr saved Rudys life! State of the art facilities and a wonderful staff. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else!!!

Very beautiful facility with state-of-the-art equipment. The best part about them is the doctors, two of the absolute best vets you could ever hope to find. If youre within driving distance you will not be disappointed by this clinic or the wonderful staff.
