Do not use this service. While everyone in the office is very nice, they do not provide the amount of service that they bill for. I had 3 separate appointments, with 3 separate providers, and none of them lasted the full 60 minutes. They bill the insurance company for 60 minutes of service but only provided me between 30 and 45 minutes of service each time. Also, on my last visit there was no one at the desk to check me in and I ended up just walking to the back PT room on my on after 10 minutes of waiting. The physical therapist saw me waiting at the desk with no one there and did not check me in. She also ate her dinner while I was starting my stretches. On my second visit, they shut down the computers before my appointment was over and were unable to take payment or schedule the next appointment for me. All in all, not worth it - inconsistent, unorganized, and a waste of money.

My husband began seeing Dr. Frankel about 7 years ago. Based on the level of care my husband recieved I switched and made Dr. Frankel my primary provider as well. We have had the most consistant, considerate and comprehensive care under this practice. I recommend their practice at every opportunity. I noticed another review on google that seemed to be refering not to the metropolitan Med Group, but instead to the physical therapy located next door. Please dont associate that review with this very good medical practice. If you are looking for an primary care physician who stays up to date on standards of care and is a real partner in the overall heath of a patient then I recommend this practice.

Ive always had a great experience with Dr. Frankel. What I appreciate the most is the TIME that he takes to explain things, ask me questions, and answer my questions. Ive never felt rushed by Dr. Frankel because he has other patients. I also appreciate how friendly he is and how easy he is to talk to.
