My experience with Delta Vision was terrible. First of all the lady at the front desk was rude and had bad communications skills. She wouldnt even acknowledge me when I first walked in to the optical center and when she spoke to me she would not look at me at all. A little advise if your the first person at the front desk and you work with customers dont treat them like they are disturbing you. The reason you are at the desk means you could have at least a some customer service skills and that mean treating people with respect and not being rude. There are thousands of people out there that could probably do your job and will do it with a good attitude and a smile. Another thing there are many other Optical places out there that can treat their customers with respect. NO place of service should treat customers like they are a burden they should feel grateful that they choice that particular establishment to do business with. My second problem while I will not do business with Delta Vision again is for the simple fact that they could not even get my information right. They keep screwing up my name and its not even that complicated. How hard is it to get a five letter name wrong one that so common no less. I think if they want to keep customers they need to deal with the customer service issue and may be get some one working the front desk that has at least some level of intelligence. I want to do business with someone who actually knows what they are doing, incompetency in a place of business should not be tolerated.

Ive been taking my four boys and myself here since 2006, most recently my fiancee has started going there as well. I have nothing to glowing comments to make about the service we receive. I am not exactly sure what the other reviewer was talking about, other than to say they do get busy, and you do have to wait your turn sometimes. Out of all of the years that I have dealt with them, they have always treated us with respect, took the time to answer any questions we have, or any concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Ive been going to deltavision for a couple years now ive never had a problem the service is great and ive never had a long wait but i always look around before im served so i can already know what i want i have nothing bad to say about them and they have some pretty glasses

the people were nice. i got right in and right out. they workers were very friendly and nice. i drive 30 minutes just to go there. and they have a wide selections to choose from. i got my contacts 3 days after they were ordered

On 3/9/17 they closed 10 minutes to 5p instead of 5p. They had 6 more minutes after the first time I called during business hours and no answer and could not make me an appt. over the phone.
