As others have mentioned, the doctors are good, but the front office staff is incredibly dismissive, rude and seem to not like what they do for work. Patient satisfaction is not important to these group of women. Do not ever expect to get a call back about issues of concern, even with important issues like test results, prescriptions etc. When concern is raised about lack of communication, you are told to contact the office manager because they dont deal with that. Again, the doctors are the only redeeming quality of this office, but dealing with jaded front office staff makes it not even worth it. A bit of advice to these women - if you hate your job, find one you love.

I was a patient of this office for 27 years, started going there when I was 2-3 years old, and I can confidently say my experience was quite terrible. This office cares about 1 thing; getting their $20 copay. I was constantly required to come in for "check up appointments" EVERY and ANY time I wanted a Rx refill, even with basic, life-long meds like my inhalers (I have had asthma my whole life). The staff at this office was incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. My recommendation to any and everyone is find another office to go to.

The doctors are great, but the rest of the people dont have any respect for anybody elses time. To call and make an appt, youll be on hold between 10 and 20 minutes. Some days the waiting room time is quick, but waiting to check out is another story. Youll be standing there for up to 20 minutes sometimes! I dont get it. If you have the time and patience, the doctors here are worth it.

When i called to make appointment they put me on hold for a long time and the staff were not helpful plus it took forever to see the doctor therefore I will be looking for new doctor.
