I was new to the St. Louis area. My Yorky became very ill and I was concerned of losing my best friend I was short on funds and visited Romaine Creek Veterinary on possible solutions. They worked with me on an affordable solution in testing as a process of elimination of possible ailments. They quickly identified and excluded certain ailments that could be life threatening at a reasonable fee. prescribed pharmaceuticals at an affordable cost. It was nice to find a Veterinarians service that cared about finding an affordable solution, rather than increasing their bank statement. My Yorky recovered quickly after she was fed the prescription provided . To top it off, they offered to provide me with a discount if I returned the prescription bottle for a refill if required. Thanks Romaine Creek Veterinary for not only caring about making your services affordable, but by pin pointing my best friends ailment in a cost efficient process.

Amazing clinic! We took our new dog (a pitbull) there and they were very friendly. We were worried they would muzzle or discriminate because of the reputation pits have, but they treated him like he was any other dog. They barely ever had to restrain him for his exam. It was a very comfortable environment. They sat on the floor with him and played with him while also talking to us. Dr. Gwen was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as the techs there. I definitely recommend this clinic. We will definitely be bringing the rest of our pets here from now on as well.

I have known Dr. Gwen for many years. She is one of the most caring vets I have ever met. When my kitty was very sick and had to stay a few nights at her clinic she got up many times during the night to check on and care for him. I am sure this saved his life.

Ive only been a couple of times but they have taken care of my dog both times and were very gentle and caring with her. They also sell the only dog food my dog eats so thats a plus.
