Ive taken all of my animals here, they try there best to help and 99% of the time do a great job. They also have a no questions asked when it comes to euthanasia which is nice when you have come to terms with your decision about putting a pet to sleep, most other vets would hassle you about why, and try to find other solutions that just wouldnt work. Also, I love how they dont charge for an office visit when you want to get your pets shots, just charged for the shots themself! I drive an hour just to take my pets here!I found a 3 week old dieing kitten and brought her in expecting to pay an arm and leg to try to save her, and they cut me a huge break and they really try to work with your budget!

My elderly mother brought her cat to Jefferson Animal Hospital last week and they did very little to nothing for her. They missed seeing that the cat was anemic (gums were white) and they didnt do a thorough enough exam to find the tumor in her chest that was blocking her airway and making her cough. They told her it was a hairball and to administer mineral oil. Mom took her to a vet the next day and thats where they did an x-ray and found the tumor. They charged her $46 for NOTHING.
