My family and I have been going to Dr. Hepler for years now and after today that will change. I called Dr. Hepler due to a SERIOUS matter about my sick cat and he had NO compassion what so ever. He didnt answer a single question and was very rude and laughed at my concerns. Very unprofessional work. When you are troubled about your pets health you do not treat the owner so poorly.

Not sure what to think about that experience with him feel like he needs a vet assistant or something because I had to help him do his job I dont know why would not recommend him if you have a dog and its not to Cooperative with the vet because youll have to help him and then pay full price to do someone elses job not cool

Wow best Vet I have ever been too. So kind and caring for your animal....always worried about the $$$ you are about to spend.....Explains everything in a manner you can understand and spends so much time with animal..Definitely worth every penny spent.!!!

The concierge vet for your animal. You are never rushed out and your animal is always throughly checked over. I have never been to a vet so thorough. Dr. Hepler is not in it for the money he is in it to give great care to your animal.

Dr. Hepler answered all of my questions and concerns. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. I will bring my baby here for her check ups and if she has a need to see him for any other reason
