I have been taking our pet here annually for four or five years, and have always been pleased with the staff and the vets. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was particularly pleased with Dr. Crecelius today who was very pleasant. It was easy to tell that she enjoys her job and more importantly knows & cares about animals. I could tell she did a careful and thorough examination. They have also moved right next door to where they used to be, at some point in the past year or so, and the new facility is all brand new and very nice. Like with everything you need to be sure you do your homework as well and make sure that YOU are doing everything you can for your pet. The sad thing about internet reviews is that MOST people only take to the internet to complain about something or point fingers, more people should take the time to acknowledge good service when they get it.

I switched over to Dr Crecilius and Harvest Plaza Animal Hospital from the Humane Society (I was young and didnt know any better) What a difference to have dedicated professionals care after your furry family member. I remember when I lost my first dog to cancer and received a condolence card in the mail! I was stunned because losing Ralph was a huge loss in our family and we were grieving her. When my Airedale was hit by a truck and was gravely ill, they kept the office open as long as I needed to say goodbye to my baby girl. This isnt just a business, the loving and caring environment is real and sincere and the compassion for the 2 and 4 legged client is second to none. Love that after all these years after losing my beloved Airedale, I am yet again a client with my precious baby we rescued. Cant imagine going anywhere else.

The doctors and staff at Harvest Plaza have been taking care of my furry family members for 26 years! I would not have it any other way. They are compassionate and passionate about what they do. They have taken care of these pets and their conditions: Whiskers (diabetic and accident prone :)), ET (kitty) (thyroid issues), Storm (dalmatian) (cancerous tumors), and currently Mouser (bladder stones and a completely blocked urethra). Mouser had to have major surgery at another hospital, but Harvest Plaza stayed late that night to help get him prepped for transfer to the surgery site. Every person there cares about pets and it shows. My entire family brings our pets here and will continue to do so. Thanks for everything!!

I would not take my pets anywhere else! We have lived in the area since 1989 and have taken all our dogs and cats here. Ill never forget the time my Cairn Terrier had bladder stones and another animal hospital, that diagnosed them, was going to charge me a small fortune for the surgery. I called Harvest Plaza and talked to Dr. Mike Crecelius and he said he would do the surgery for the same price as the Humane Society, which was about one third of what the other animal hospital was going to charge. He saved my beloved Ellies life, and that was his main goal, not financial gain. The entire staff there is very caring, and will take as much time as needed with you and your pet for any problem, large or small.

I have been taking my pets to Harvest Plaza Animal Hospital for years and years.... They treat my babies with loving care, they are very gentle with them and talk to them just like they are kids (which is the way I want to them to treat them!!) I have had to put 1 of my dogs to sleep there, and the care and tenderness that they showed me and my dog was appreciated VERY VERY much.... I think the girls there almost started crying with me, they got all choked up and had tears in their eyes themselves. That is what I want from my vet--I dont want to be just another number to them. I want my pets and myself to have that personal 1 on 1 treatment that I get from them. I will never go anywhere else.

Ive started taking my dog Gracie to Harvest back in the early 2000s when I moved to St Charles. We had to put her down in 2010...I was devastated. The staff was very compassionate during this time. It took three years for me to get over the loss of Gracie when I met Brooks at the Pet Adoption Center on Mid Rivers Mall Drive. It was love at first sight all over again for me :) I knew that Harvest would take great care of Brooks just like you did for my Gracie. Thank you so much for being there for me and my pets. Every time I call the staff is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would never want to take my pets anywhere else for care.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Harvest Plaza... my fiance and I have had 4 dogs that have received nothing but high-quality, genuine care from this facility. They have helped our dogs feel better when they were sick, and have helped them end their lives with care and respect. The paw print that they gave us following our loss was a wonderful momento and another testament to why Harvest Plaza is a step above the rest. They treat their patients, both 4-legged and otherwise, with sincere interest. My fiance and I have both been to other vets in the St. Charles and STL areas but none compare to Harvest Plaza.

Honest, professional, competent, compassionate, realistic, and most of all, a "non-charge up" veterinarian. Weve had animals for over 35 yrs and to be honest, most places Ive dealt with since moving to this area 4 yrs ago have been "test, test, test, $$$, $$$, $$$" While that may be okay for some, its not for us. IF my animal is sick, I want good quality heath care at a reasonable cost. If theyre not, I appreciate a lets wait and see approach. This clinic will run any test you want run but if youre like us and only want necessary care and testing, they will do that too.

The staff and vets are very friendly and gentle with my dogs. I have 5 dogs and am a frequent customer. Recently Ive received some conflicting advice though. For example, one dog takes a supplement and I asked if there was a generic and was told no, then I asked again (at the next visit which was only a couple of weeks later) and was told yes - which is correct. Also, on the last four visits for the same dog Ive seen a different vet each time, and received a different treatment recommendation. The good news is my dog is improving and Im satisfied!

We have been taking our furry family members to Harvest Plaza for 5 years now and have had a fabulous experience! The staff is friendly and caring and makes you feel like family. We have 4 pets and many staff members remember special things about each of them. The doctors are efficient, caring and very knowledgeable. One of our dogs is blind and when we first found out, the doctor was very compassionate towards her and our situation. I would recommend Harvest Plaza to everyone! We drive 25 minutes to go there and we could certainly find closer vets.
