My 9 year old dachshund/jack russell terrier became very sick when I was about 6 months pregnant. I called Rainbow Animal Hospital panicked and emotional. Their office manager was extremely sweet and understanding, giving me an immediate appointment. I was afraid of the worst, but the Vet was very sensitive and positive about the circumstances. She presented options for testing and treatment, fully explaining the potential outcomes each step of the way. I really appreciated her phone calls every few days to check-in on us and monitor progress in between visits. The techs and reception crew were super friendly and cheerful at each visit. After just a few weeks of treatment and medication, my pup was back in action. Overall, we had a terrific experience with Rainbow Animal Hospital through a very scary and difficult time.

We chose this animal hospital because of the great reviews that it had. Our cat was very sick and so we brought her in. Dr. Patton was wonderful. He took the time to talk with us and give us plenty of information so that we could decide how we wanted to move forward with the care of our "Sammie." Unfortunately, our sweet girl was too sick and did not make it. However throughout the entire process, Dr. Patton was always available for my phone calls and always answered my concerns. His staff was also very compassionate and caring, even after we after our cat had passed, they reached out to us to express their sorrow for our loss with a very personal card. When we are ready to allow another cat into our hearts we know that we will be taking them in to see Dr. Patton and his staff for well checks:)

I am a Las Vegas Native and have been taking my beloved pets to Rainbow Animal Hospital for many years! The staff and doctors at Rainbow are some of the friendliest and knowledgable. The standard of medicine they practice is up to the minute with current expectations. Dr. Neil Patton is owner of Rainbow Animal Hospital and in my opinion one of the BEST! I have seen many doctors in the practice and have never been nervous or wondering what the outcome may be. They are always up front and honest with cost and very prompt in timing and appointments. The front office staff has always been helpful and very friendly. I would recommend Rainbow Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking for a caring and knowledgeable vet.

We have actually found our kitty here at Rainbow Animal Hospital. I went in one day to pick up a friends kitten and after talking with the staff they had told me they were trying to find homes for some stray kittens they had found on a construction site. I have been lucky enough to have been able to take home one of them and I take her to them for all of her shots and follow up care. Their prices are reasonable and they have gone above and beyond just providing animal care services for profit and try to find good homes for stray cats and dogs. I have always asked for cost information ahead of time and have never had any issues with having to pay more than estimated.

I am so glad I found this animal hospital. They are open 7 days a week, so I dont have to take time off work to make an appointment. They have always been able to take me if there is an emergency, and Ive always been happy with my visits. I had a dog that got mauled by another dog, I brought him in 20 minutes before they closed, they stayed late to perform emergency surgery so he would be OK. They are amazing. My dogs dont shy away from the door and they love the technicians, which says a lot about how they care for their clients. I heartily, and regularly, recommend the Rainbow Animal Hospital to anyone that needs veterinary services.

I chose this clinic because of the proximity and rating and believe me I am glad I did! I have an established vet that sees our pet, however Rainbow Animal Hospital was able to suggest treatment alternatives that worked for my pet. I know believe that sometimes a second pair of eyes can be very beneficial to the overall well being of my pet. The Vet and staff were attentive and really spent the time to ensure my pet received the utmost of care. The facility was clean and after receiving the 5star care I did, I will most definitely go back! I highly recommend this hospital for the care of your pet, you wont be disappointed.

Hands down the best vet in town. Like other reviews have said, the entire office staff is very helpful and kind. They do their best to fit you in right away and even with a last minute appointment, I didnt wait longer than 5 minutes. Both Dr. Wolf and Dr. Patton are great. They explain things to you in a way that makes sense and I truly believe that they had my pets best interest in mind and not just my money. Theyre extremely personable and each time I left feeling good about my decision to visit them. I highly recommend this place.

My family and friends have been using Rainbow Animal Hospital for as long as I can remember. The staff treats your pets as though as they are there own.Dr. Patton and his DMV team have always been ready for any emergency treatment of my greyhounds over the years. Ive unfortunately used other veterinary facilities when I first moved to Las Vegas over 40 years ago who were not as pleasant with "my kids." Im not changing vets at this time of my life.

From the Vets to the entire office staff, excellent customer service & vetinary care. We have brought all our dogs here for 2 years and are very satisfied with the level of care. The office manager even went to great lengths to help get my insurance claims paid when I was hitting obstacles with my insurance company. Am a very loyal & happy customer!

My family has lived in Vegas for over 14 years, and we have always used this office. They saved one of the family dogs, not once, but twice from GI obstructions. They helped give one of our diabetic cats a long and much happier life as well. We have always had good service and dealt with capable Vets, Techs, and Receptionists!

SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away if you care for your petsI took my cat in and in 45 minutes all they did was weigh her and took a stool sample. My time is important also. They could have called me and put off my appointment. Rather me just sit in a room and wait. They pick and choose customers. SUCKS. SUCKS. SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS

Our little Yorkie was missing for 5 months. This office took the time to check for a chip, and realized she was listed as missing. Roxi was returned to us! We thank everyone at the Veterinary office. Your kindness will never be forgotten. This little dog means the world to us. We are so grateful!

Have used Rainbow forever, since they started, for minor to extremely complex. All of the staff know us and our dogs. Wouldnt change, and we help run a dog rescue in NV, so we deal with many vets.
