Dr. Thayn was by far the worst vet Ive ever been to! I had my elderly dog in to his office a little over a month ago due to weight loss and excessive water intake, no temp was taking no blood was drawn, etc. I was made to feel like I was just another dollar sign. His office was crammed with patients which to my thought was all being treated the same way. I asked the techs is it normally this busy? she replied "yes"as she ran off in the middle of our conversation. His words were shes healthy as a "horse" sent her home with some Anti inflammatory and that was that. My dog continued getting worse so I decided to take her to another vet. she has diabetes has become blind Also in liver failure, I cant help but think, if he would of slowed down for one second thought to draw blood, maybe look at her eyes, how different our life would be! Thanks for nothing animal hospital I wont be returning!!

I have always had great experiences with the staff and Dr Thayn. 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 3 horses, see him well used to be 4 horses, Doc helped us say "See you later" to a beloved Horse who was to old to go on, he was very sincere and caring with our loss. Wonderful Clinic all together!
