My 11 year old cat recently became ill and I took her to Klaich Veterinary Clinic and was told the worst thing you could ever fear for your cat. They indicated that she likely had lung cancer and the future was not looking good for my precious baby. I paid for x-rays, radiology viewings from an external practitioner, blood work, the whole nine yards. I wanted a 2nd opinion before making the heart wrenching decision of putting her down. I called VCA Feline Medical Center and explained our situation. The receptionist was very compassionate and understanding and scheduled us in the same day. We met with Dr. Waller and I was touched by how affectionate she was with my cat. She introduced herself to her first before poking and prodding, and really helped my baby feel at ease, which for me, is very relieving. Dr. Waller reviewed her records and took additional x-rays and confirmed my greatest fear, that my life long friend was truly terminal, and that the best thing we could do was get her comfortable, and prepare to say goodbye. The amount of professionalism and compassion she displayed was a major eye opener that I could never use another vet again, and that I had wished we would have come here sooner. While my ending wasnt as happy as I prayed, Im grateful for the staff and everything they did to help. A truly amazing facility.

My cat is tiny, very shy, and usually afraid of people. Not so with Dr. Thompson and staff at VCA Feline Medical Center. Dr. Thompson handled her slowly and deliberately, and she really seemed to like him. He took time to explain what was happening with her, why he prescribed what he did, and what steps we would take to clear up her problems. He ran tests and called to explain the results. This clinic isnt cheap, but you are paying for experience, compassion, and state-of-the art care for your cat. Emphasis seems to be on prevention, which I like. Everyone, from the office personnel to vet techs to veterinarians seem to love their jobs and go out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable.

How surprised I was to find a vet hospital just for cats. No more canine stress. The staff was courteous, kind and professional. Not only did they successfully treat Sylvester for urinary tract infection, they also gave me cost-affordable options to obtain that treatment. That being said, they essentially treated me as well as my cat. Thank you DR. Waller and all the support staff at VCA Medical Center. I will be back. Sincerely, Robert A. West

Cant say enough about this place and the vets! My cat was going through kidney failure and they were able to allow us to have an extra year with her. We moved out of state and the new vet stated looking at the records it was a miracle what they were able to do as her numbers were extremely hard to come back from. Thank you so much to the wonderful doctors as they are top notch!

I love this facility! I got a 4 month old kitten in our new home of Nevada and was very nervous about finding a vet. I am over protective and a big worry wart! They answered all my questions and took great care of my kitten. I now take him there for everything. Wellness visits , grooming and boarding when needed. Thank you guys so much for all you do!!

I brought my matted-up cat to be groomed thinking she was so badly matted shed have to be shaved. To my surprise the groomer was able to comb them out! The receptionists are very friendly and give you the time to discuss whatever issues you are experiencing. I love this place.

dr.Thompson is the best,so if worried about your kitty,dont be....the staff is amazing.my kitty monkey let him hand scale his teeth(no drugs)....he is the best.
