The office visit at Valley with my cat exceeded my expectations. The facility was clean, the appointment was on time, and the tech that saw us before the doctor, was friendly and affectionate with my cat. I didnt even wait 5 minutes after the tech was done before Dr. Thompson came into the exam room. She was patient, knowledgeable, very gentle, and sweet as could be with my skittish cat. She didnt rush the visit, answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and the purpose of my visit. She didnt try to pressure me into tests or vaccinations that were unrelated to the reason I was there. Dr. Thompson and the tech offered to give me a tour of the boarding facility at Valley after I asked about it. I left there very happy that I chose Valley Animal Hospital for my cats checkup and Im confident others will too.

Worst ever. Biggest rip off. The doctor looked up on Google or some search engine and then started telling me what he thought. It didnt seem too big an issue but I am told I need to come back in for a follow up. So I pay the original bill and they say during the follow up I need to pay another $50 for a 2 minute visit. I am told that all Veterinarian doctors charge the same way. I called 3 other local Vets and none charge for a follow up visit. I did pay for the follow up but I called back to complain but was told by one of the owners they expect to maintain a 20% growth and this is how they charge. This was my last visit to this place. Too bad there isnt a rating lower than one.

We like this vet facility very much, and Dr. Henderson appears caring and compassionate and a very skilled surgeon (three teeth extractions; two tumor removals). The support staff is excellent and people seem happy at work and caring of the animals. The shelter facility is clean and pleasant, with barriers between ample-sized cages to help reduce the amount of visual distraction and arousal. (Athough our dog -- who is quite a feisty little fellow full of spit and vinegar - was hoarse upon his return; I guess you cant keep dogs from barking at each other if thats their intent.). We prefer this facility to others in our area that weve tried over the years.

I have been with Valley Animal Hospital for many years over the long lives of two cats and hope to be adding a dog that I will, of course, bring there for its care as well. I also had one cat boarded there. I have always been more than satisfied with all contacts with the doctors and everyone else working there for routine and more serious visits. Everyone is professional, caring, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is extremely clean and pleasant. They never seem to be selling me anything I dont need, which is one reason I had left my former vet. I am very happy to give a very positive review for Valley Animal Hospital.

I am very pleased with Valley Animal Hospital. The vet I see is Dr. Henderson and he is very thorough and caring. Previously I used to take my dog Rocky to a different place and he didnt want to go into the building. My daughter took her two dogs to Valley Animal Hospital and told me to bring Rocky there. I have no issues with them. There prices might be slightly higher but it is well worth it. My dog had surgery on his leg and it was successful. Post therapy was also good. The staff is friendly and I definitely would recommend this place to all.

We have had a great experience at VAH. We have boarded our dog here 3x and we can tell that she loves it. Every time we approach the door her tail starts wagging furiously! The minute we get inside the staff always comes from around the desk to say Hi. They love our dog and she loves them! We see Dr. K as our vet. We were new dog owners last April and Dr. K has taken very good care of us. Plus she has a great sense of humor! I have recommend the practice to several people. We love it here!!

Great service, friend staff. I have been going here for about 2 years now. Both doctors, Dr.K and doctor Henderson are fantastic and amazing at what they do. Whenever there is an emergency they always make space to see my cat, and during yearly check-ups they take the time to really get to know you and your animals. I usually see Dr.K and would reccomand her to anyone who is looking for a new vet or has a new animal! This is the best vet around and trust me I have been to many.

The entire staff that I met at Valley Animal Hospital was amazing! I called after google searching for a vet and they were able to see my cat that day. The woman on the phone was friendly and very helpful. When I walked in the waiting area was clean and inviting. The vet and her assistant were wonderful. My cat was properly diagnosed and we were given information on what to do once w got home. Ill only trust Valley Animal Hospital with my pets from now on !

My husband and I love Valley Animal Hospital. Our dog is cared for by the entire staff. They greet him with smiles and cheers. Drs. Henderson and Kozakewicz are wonderful Vets. They are patient and very knowledgeable. Every condition my dog has had has been resolved after visiting them. Our dog has also boarded at Valley Animal Hospital. He is always happy when he goes with the tech and happy when he is picked up. What more could you ask for?

Ive been taking my dog to Valley Animal Hospital for years--the staff is friendly & helpful. You can tell that they care about the animals that come into the facility. My pup Toby has had multiple issues throughout the years, from skin allergies to a torn knee ligament & Valley Animal hasnt gotten us through it all. Right now (knock on wood) my pup is the healthiest hes ever been & its all thanks to this facility!

Valley Animal Hospital is the greatest! My dog Bella is part of my family so her care is important. The staff at Valley has always been welcoming and friendly, they treat her like she is one of the family. They answer all the questions no matter how many you have and take the time to review your pets health. They provide you with preventive tips and its not always about the money. LoveThem

As an owner of three dogs , I entrusted their health and well being to doctors and nurses at Valley Animal Hospital. As a result , my dogs lived a long and peaceful life( all three are now gone , however all three lived beyond 14 and they were all large breed). I have great respect for their knowledge , care and ability to diagnose all issues successfully.I believe they are the best!
