Worst experience!! Woman at the front desk couldnt even write the letters I was spelling out for her to write our name down. I said LUE and she wrote LEY and it got worse from there! Then after calling to confirm appt time we waited an hour and a half only to be told our appt was two hours after the time they previously confirmed! To appease us and get a check for their services we were given a 5 minute old fashioned eye test and eyes were dialated and we were sent back to the waiting room for another hour! I will never come back! And actually I will make it a point to save friends and family from the same nightmare!

Dr. Sinatra is an excellent doctor who goes the extra mile with each of her patients. Her warm demeanor and attention to details make her 5 stars! Dr. Sinatra performed PRK (Laser vision correction) on my eyes and throughout the entire pre-and post operative periods I felt comfortable and confident in her ability. She answered all of my questions and reassured me. My vision has never been better and I am seeing 20/15! I am forever grateful for my sight and have Dr. Sinatra to thank. I would recommend her 100%!

Had to wait an hour for my 10 minute appointment even though there was almost nobody else in the waiting room, I have stuff to do, thanks for wasting my time.
