I have only been to Arroyo Veterinary Clinic, in Las Cruces, NM, for the boarding service. I can say that the technicians that take care of the pets are great, very attentive, and seem to be able to make good decisions on their own when it comes to the individual care of your pet. I did not encounter the veterinarians on any of my pets boarding stays, so I cant comment on them. I can definitely say that the gal that works the front desk is so very rude. Im not going to say her name or describe her. She doesnt even acknowledge you when you walk in the door, doesnt even look up at you. She will only look at you and speak to you when she is good and ready to deal with you. And thats how I feel, that she is just dealing with me, instead of offering me good customer service. Not once have I ever seen her crack a smile on her face. In fact, her face might crack if she does smile. She made an unnecessary issue about my pets paperwork. Then she never apologized for her mistake. I can deal with one employees rudeness, because I felt my pet was being cared for properly by the technicians. However, my last encounter with her is enough to make me avoid this place in the future. I will not be going to this place again. Its just to risky for the health of my pet, and I dont like giving my money to rude people. Someone should put that gal in the back of the office, away from the public.

Im really shocked to see a negative review we adopted from a local shelter and unfortunately our kittens had problems minor ones but problems none the less after dealing with another vet in town we didnt really want to go to and werent really pleased with we found this place... oh thank God we walked in the front door and I knew we would be much more happy so just a few points I want to touch on, one the place smelled nice and as I come up to the counter I see two things as Im actually greeted with a smile which is something people seem to lack. I see a sign saying "Welcome Cloud and Tifa" on a little white board and then I think "oh hey thats nice maybe these guys care?" And then I see to my right the candle thats subtly making the place smell like spring cotton rather then bleach or wet dog and then I realize the sign next to the candle says "if Im lit someone is dealing with the loss of a pet here today" and then I realized with a bit more certainty that our little ones were in the right hands

I have had wonderful experiences with our caring vet Julie, as well as Amber. The entire staff at Arroyo is extremely professional and caring with my furry family members. Everyone at Arroyo has always been very nice and the appointment times always have worked around my schedule, including quick emergency appointments. From my two Yorkies, my moms large Poodle, and other family pets, we have used this clinic for years with 100 percent satisfaction, and we absolutely give them our full loyalty. They are a wonderful vet clinic.

Yay! I finally found our doggies vet home! The whole staff was great from Eny the office manager, Matthew the vet tech, and Dr. Jones. Our dog Ditz is high strung and gets pretty anxious in new places but they all went above and beyond to make her as comfy as possible. They were also very thorough and took the time to explain what they recommended and why. If youre a crazy protective animal parent like me you will feel so comfortable entrusting your precious ones health to these professionals.

I had to put my 17 year old cat down just a few days a go. I got him when he was a kitten he was there for more then half of my life....When it came time for me to let him go, they were so passionate and caring. The procedure went as smoothly as possible and the cremation package was affordable on a college students budget but still extremely respectful and unique. Thank you to Doctor.Grey and every one else that came into contact with E on his las days here...... 5 Stars From Me!

We have used Arroyo Vet Clinic for 13 years now. The care and compassion they provide is beyond compare. The few very sad instances where we have had to make the decision to euthanize has been as difficult for them as it was for us. They care like the pets are their own, and they grieve just the same when they have to be let go. These are true angles in the love and care they ALWAYS provide each and every time, whether a check up or a serious visit.

Horrible place. They dont have any idea what the hell they are doing. They killed my puppy and my cat whitinn few month with their poor medication. They charge a lot of money and they dont even give any complete information about what theyre doing to the pet. In the morning the said my puppy is doing ok and she is going to be fine and she took a turn for the worse and we had to put her down. Dont ever trust this clinic.

Great place for all your animal needs. Staff takes great pride in their work. Doctors on staff always enjoy seeing the animals and helping you with questions and concerns. And choosing the correct option. They also have a boarding area for you animals. Location is always clean and doesnt smell back either.

Every single person at Arroyo Veterinary Clinic is incredibly kind and helpful. They are extremely patient with questions - and as a first-time pet owner, I have lots! It is easy to schedule appointments and they treat my dog like their own. I highly recommend them!

I am SOOOOO glad the staff here are so rude and didnt have the time to see my cats, I went 30 seconds north to Banfield and was seen withing 5 minutes and the staff was AMAZING!!! They spoke with me not at me. It was a great experience.
