Low rates are nice, but got my dog fixed there a couple months ago and the person who did the "tattoo" on him indicating he has been fixed made a HUGE scribble in his private areas which are a huge eye sore and impossible not to notice. Im not sure I feel like male dogs even need a tattoo after being neutered since you can clearly see he has no testicles without looking for a tattoo, but whatever. Usually dogs Ive had will just have a little line. They apparently tried to create the male symbol but didnt know how to use the tattoo gun and you cant tell what it is but just a large scribble the length of my hand. Its ridiculous. And when I called and asked about it, they were like "Sorry, Im not use to that tattoo gun". I should have been refunded or provided a discount on future services or something but that didnt happen. I would say, maybe I got what I paid for IDK. I would tell them before hand not to tattoo if possible since they dont know what they are doing.

This clinic is fantastic for people needing puppy packages! Weve never had to wait very long in the waiting room (maybe 5 mins if that), Doctor is prompt, staff is very friendly. When I have contacted them through the PetPortal they were extremely prompt on getting back to me and provided very helpful information. They are very affordable on their surgeries and vaccinations. The only thing that can be a little wonky is that they are only open during the afternoon. BUT, this is because they are performing their affordable spays and neuters in the morning. Even though their hours are largely afternoon hours, and as mentioned, no waiting in a crowded room! I have and will continue to recommend pet parents with puppies or kittens to take their fur-babies to Piedmont Spay and Neuter. Our dog and cat will be seeing the wonderful people at Piedmont Spay and Neuter for all their wellness visits.

I just picked up my baby boy Atlas from the clinic and his "area" looks wonderful. He is currently asleep on my lap and very happy to be home. The only two things that I did not like was the fact that I did not receive a phone call like I was told I would once they finished his neuter (which is not a big deal, I ended up calling them and they were still very helpful and reassuring). Also, I didnt like the fact that I had to pay extra for his cone collar! I feel like its a piece of plastic and should just be thrown in with the whole deal. Other than that, this place is great. The lady at the front desk literally came out from behind the front desk on her hands and knees and helped me get his cone on. Couldnt have asked for better service. I Will be returning for sure! **update** turns out they did call-just the wrong number!

Ive always had Great experiences with Piedmont Communities Spay Neuter Wellness Clinic! Great friendly and professional staff from reception desk to their Vets. Best Prices that cant be beat! You really help those of us with limited resources to care for our furry loved ones and should definitely be commended for it. My girl has been seen off & on for more than 10 years now always recieving great care. I was referred to you through a friend, and continue to pass your information on to others, your practuce is a jewel. My Thanks to Dr. "C" yesterday and to Ahmed and the blonde vet tech, (sorry dont remember your name), and Bubbles and I will see you again in a couple of weeks!

My dogs and cats have received their annual exams and immunizations for over 15 years at the Piedmont Communities Spay/Neuter Wellness Clinic. The vets and staff have always been friendly, excellent with the critters, and good at diagnosing health issues we might need to pursue. Their affordable pricing -- including discounts for families living in financial uncertainty -- is a big help to us. I drive almost 30 miles for the services, and consider the Clinic a huge asset to the community. BTW, its in a wonderful new glass-walled facility with the largest waiting room Ive seen, plus an in/out transition room, and ramps if needed. Great concept!

The staff greeted us and were very helpful. Joy, my 5 year old gray cat was seen within 10 minutes, and the doctor examined her in the room with me present, which I prefer. She was thorough and friendly, and we all left there happier. Her wellness check up, rabies shot and nail trim cost me about what I paid last year for the nail trim and rabies shot. As a senior on a fixed income, I appreciate the reasonable prices. Using this Vet will save me enough that I can get Joy a friend, and can afford to vet them both! I have already told friends about what a great experience we had there.

We have 3 dogs - 2 Schnauzers and 1 100 lb. Akita. We always take them to the clinic for their wellness checkups, shots, and personal stuff like nail clipping, ear plucking, flea and tick meds, etc. Love the people there and the service. I just keep a copy of their records and take it to our regular vet in case of any health problems or emergencies. I highly recommend this because of the costs associated with their care. You can save about 1/2 the cost of going to a reg. vet.

The hours are very limited however the prices cannot be beat! Vet tech Qwen and Dr Sara were very professional and were able to perform a wellness check, 2 vaccines and trim the nails of my feral cat Casey for only $60! Front desk personnel were very helpful in an easy going yet highly professional manner. Only negative is they do not accept CareCredit. Highly recommend this organization for the care of well animals.

We took our 2 dogs to Piedmont Communities Spay Neuter & Wellness Clinic for a wellness checkup and we also got heartworm medication. We received excellent care for our 2 dogs!! The staff and doctor was just wonderful and so caring!...no appointment was needed and the prices are so reasonable and affordable. Will definitely be bringing our 3 dogs in the future! So wish they were full service!! Highly recommend!!

We took our lab, Theo, for neutering this week, and had a very good experience. They were very affordable. They did a professional job, and were very thorough with our dog, and us. They even clipped his nails. Theo is doing remarkably well post op, and we are very pleased. Its obvious that they care about the animals that they treat, and would recommend them to others for spay and neutering services.

My beagle/dachund I found through Craigs list one year ago has been going here since she was a puppy. She was 1 year old when I brought her to my home and she recently turned 2. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. Its always quick and easy when I pick up my fur babys heart worm meds. I plan on getting her spayed and microchipped here soon. I love this clinic. :)

Awesome alternative to expensive wellness visits at your regular vet. Extremely affordable, the staff was courteous & the doctor was GREAT. I look my three dogs in to get updated on all their shots and had my little dogs teeth cleaned at an extremely affordable cost. I would recommend Piedmont Communities Spay Neuter & Wellness Clinic to anybody - actually I have!
