I am highly impressed with the staff at this vet. The staff is compassionate about your pet, but have your best interest in mind. They make the best ethical decision and offer very reasonable prices for services and do not just rip off customers like some other places. My one year old golden doodle had an intestinal blockage and they were able to get him in immediately. I called five other vets in the uniontown/ north canton area and they all turned us away because we had not visited before. Despite being new clients, Turkeyfoot took us immediately, without hesitation. He was in life saving surgery within an hour of my initial call. The doctors and nurse staff stayed AFTER HOURS ON A FRIDAY OF A HOLIDAY WEEKEND to help my pet. They are clearly passionate and dedicated and have the best interest of the animal in mind. Without their assertive action, knowledable/ dedicated staff, and great medical care, I may have lost a furry family member. I can confidently say you will get a fair, ethical price along with the best care and compassion for your pet. We called two emergency hospitals in the area to price check and they quoted us double the price. I am highly satisfied with this business.

I was VERY disappointed in the service I received in this clinic. I showed up for my 6:30 appt. The young lady at the desk said "Who is this?" I replied "Remo and Bentley" she asked "they had the anal glands, right?" I replied "Yes". So, I filled out all the paperwork and weighed both of my dogs. Then I stood at the front desk waiting for about 15 minutes for her to collect my paperwork and tell me what to do next. I finally asked the young lady what was going on and when my dogs would be going in? she replied "oh, theyre next, if you just want to wait" I asked how long because I had to drop off a friend at work. She shrugged... so, I sighed and asked if there was a way I could get them in RIGHT NOW. she looked at her computer and then said "oh, theyre appt was set for 5:50. WHAT?! You had me sitting in your clinic for 25 minutes and never thought to tell me that they were late for their appt when I first signed in?! I took my dogs straight to pet supplies plus. I was in and out withing 20 minutes. If you need any kind of grooming done- go somewhere else!!!

I brought my cat to Turkeyfoot Family Pet Center for the first time this week. The kind staff here squeezed me in for a last minute appointment when my cat was seriously injured. After numerous bad experiences at an emergency vet, I felt like I was out of options for my cat when I decided to take a chance and call Turkeyfoot Family Pet Center. I am so glad I did!! I can’t begin to describe how well my cat was taken care of by everyone at the clinic, but especially by Dr. McCort. She went above and beyond, in more ways than one, and was very gracious and compassionate with us. She quite literally saved my cats life, as I am positive she would not have made it through the night without surgery. Dr. McCort treated my cat like her own, and my cat is lucky to have her. I will be transferring all my animals to Turkeyfoot Family Pet Center immediately. I have been to every vet in the area, and you will not find a better one, I promise! Thank you so very much to all of you!!!

I have mixed feelings on this place. I felt they did great with my cat during his declaw/neuter, however with my older cat, I left our visit with an expensive bill, some pain meds for temporary relief but no antibiotic although there was evidence of an infection and with confusion over what the problem was. Too bad since this place is close to my house. I found a vet I like better 20 min away that I will continue to go to. Wont be going back.

The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean it is, how well lit, how great the set up is - there are different sections to keep pets away from each other. The staff is friendly and thoughtful, the vet I dealt with was fantastic; he was understanding and sympathetic and kept in constant communication by phone. Really reasonable rates as well.

Weve been going to Turkeyfoot Family Pet Center since 2007. Their facility has it all, veterinarians, grooming, and boarding. The facility is really nice and clean. We have many pets, so therefore; weve made many visits. The veterinarians and staff there are great, friendly, and caring. Were happy we found them, along with our furry little family.

I have been taking my dog here since I did my externship here years ago for school. They have always been very nice to my animals and recently they brought a new doctor on whos name is cant remember however she was great I could feel her empathy for my pet which is awesome. They are pricy but they take pet care and other pet insurances.

Felt nickel & dimed with our aging dog. Changed vets because of it. Seem to want to do ridiculous tests that cost a fortune. First few visits were favorable. Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors who genuinely care for the pets they see. But, it is a business. If youre not careful, you could walk out with a huge bill.

Super friendly staff, took excellent care of our sick kitty when he needed to go into the hospital. The staff was great with him and the care for him was just what he needed. The pricing was so much better than where we went before, and it felt family owned and not like a cold hospital.

They have some very fine people working there, but they are also very expensive. They only have a visiting surgeon once per week. That would limit their ability to handle emergencies.
