I love Dr. Brenda and her assistants. The boarding and grooming group are also wonderful. I think their website and automated messages need some work. Recently I have been getting reminders for puppy shots when I do not even have a puppy?! Finally, while I am happy with most of the administrative workers, I have never had a good experience with Jess, whom I believe is the office manager. In person, I do not feel comfortable with her. When I have had a concern, she is very short with me and there is rather cold in her response. Most recently, I almost ran out of prescription food for our cat because of a number of mistakes and delays she was responsible for in getting the prescription to the food provider. I have had a variety of pets for over 30 years and dealt with at least 5 different Veterinary practices, but this is the first time that I have met someone that I never want to deal with on any issue ever again. I have expressed my dissatisfaction to the practice and I will avoid working with Jess if at all possible.

Dr. Clemens is our go to vet for our furry friends. He is a great diagnostician. The last time we were there Buster part husky, part ? (Started life as a feral puppy running around Lakeshore plant in Cleveland) was drooling and occasionally pawing at his mouth. Yikes! Once Dr. Clemens looked at him, he seemed to know what was going on. Buster had a twig jammed into the roof of his mouth. Dr. Clemens took it out easily. Also when theres a situation that has several options, Dr. Clemens explains the choices clearly and allows us to make our own decisions. When we have to take our pets to a vet, we choose Dr. Clemens.

We like Dr. Clemens very much. He has always made time for our goldens and taken a special interest in our grand dog Max who has special needs. He took special care of Dinah when she was very old (17) at the kennel and even came to our home to put her to sleep when she could go no more. The kennel is very good. We are particular in the care and attention that our dogs receive when we are away. They know the the people there and are always anxious to come for a short stay. We have recommended it highly to people and they have been pleased with their dogs care.

We have loved Dr Clemens for many years and several pets. His down to earth manner and caring stuff are perfect for us and our dogs love going to see him. Recent years have seen many continuous improvements, including beautiful new facilities, but the level of service has remained unchanged and continues to exceed our expectations; obviously we are big fans! Clean, friendly, professional, and caring. These guys are the best. Bridge Creek Kennels is also an amazing "camp" for dogs and our guys love going.

Dr. Clemens and the staff at Auburn Veterinary Hospital are wonderful. We have had many years of great service and great advice from them for our three dogs. Weve recently started using them to board our dogs when we have long trips and that has been good as well. You wont be disappointed with the knowledgable staff, clean conditions, and excellent care you will encounter!

My dog was limping and had a skin infection. Dr Clemens took leptosirosis test (came negative) and prescribed antibiotics. When the antibiotic was over i contacted Dr Clemens 3 times asking to call for prescription. He never responded and never called. i got 210$. my dog is still limping and still has skin infection. i am very surprised and disappointed......

Love,love. Love the vets and the staff at Auburn Veterinary Hospital! They treat my dogs like they are their only patients! Helped diagnose why my Gracie was having accidents all over the house after she was house trained and helped us manage a chronic condition! They are very sensitive to the cost of care and try to save the owners money if they can.
