I went here reading the decent reviews I saw online and I had high hopes for this place. My puppy broke his leg and at first they where very good. Kept up on the appointments and called to check on him weekly. After about a month the calls stop and my puppy kept one of his splints on for 3 weeks with no check up or calls. Communication is horrible there and not to mention they put a cast on a Sunday and my puppy came back Tuesday because it had fallen off and they made me pay full price for a new one. They said the owner of the place would call me and he didnt call me until 9:30 at night. When my puppy first got his cast off all of his fur had been ripped off and he was bleeding from being rubbed raw. My puppy has been out of his cast for 3 months now and when he stands, he stands with his foot crooked. It didnt even heal right. I will never go back to them or even recommend all creatures animal hospital to anyone. (Did I mention I still pay monthly for all of this)

Have a wellness plan on 3 animals at All Creatures. Went in person to schedule by dogs spay and day before they tell me she is due for vaccinations and they cant spay her. Why was I not told 3 weeks ago when I made the appointment? I take her in for her vaccinations and sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Finally go back and Dr. Meakin was rushed and said he had surgeries to do. He informed us to just tell the vet tech when she came back what we needed and we could go. We sat for over 20 minutes waiting for her to come back. She was shocked to see us still there because everyone had left including the check out person. (who was sitting outside smoking) We were forgotten in a room!!! We finally checked out. Our appointment was over 2 hours for routine shots. I have always had good experience in Amelia with Dr. Leap (he is awesome!) but the Anderson location is not very good.

I visited this office on New Years eve. I asked about a coupon when I was at the desk for checkout because another customer used one she found on the back of her Kroger receipt. She asked the receptionist if it was applicable and it was so, when I went to checkout, i asked where I could find one. The receptionist found one in Reach Magazine, however is not good for package deals that they offer and thats what I was being billed for. At Kroger, I found a coupon for $25.00 off of a visit of $130.00 or more. My bill was $237.90 and they will not let me use the coupon because its been 6 days. I am at their mercy because my dog has seizures. I think for a $237.00 bill, they should validate what they offered even though it has been six days!

I scheduled my appointment to be the first one of the day (10:00). I was a few minutes early, and was not informed of any issues. At 10:45 when I left, the Vet was just arriving and was still going to be 15 minutes before she could see me. This is totally unacceptable. If I had been 45 minutes late, my appointment would have been cancelled. When I asked the Tech (who did an awesome job) what the hold-up was, I was informed that the Vet owned a bunch of dogs that they had to deal with in the mornings and some mornings were better than others. I would not recommend the Anderson location and will be switching to Amelia even though it’s a 45 minute drive. If I had not purchased a Wellness Program, I would be switching completely.

I brought my baby chihuahua in to see Dr. Meakin last year because she was straining to go poo. After several attempts at laxatives and enemas, xrays showed she had an obstruction. It was on a sunday and the day of the Christmas parade. Dr Meakin came straight to the clinic after the parade and did emergency surgery. He saved her life and I am forever grateful. She is my best friend and I would be lost without her. I would never even think of taking my animals anywhere else. The combined knowledge of the staff and doctors, along with the cutting edge diagnostic equipment leaves all creatures miles ahead of any other vet.

I recently brought my cat in to see Dr. Linda, she was losing weight and not eating well. This was my first visit to All Creatures, and I was very impressed. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My exam time with Dr. Linda was very informative, she seemed to really like Annabelle, and she diagnosed that Annabelle was becoming diabetic. Dr. Linda went over the aspects of the disease, and helped me understand how to help her. I was very pleased with my entire visit to All Creatures, and I know Annabelle and I will be back for any future issues. Thank you!

I recently had hip x-rays done on my dog and I couldnt have been happier with the process. The All Creatures staff took care of everything to include sending the x-rays off to the OFA for rating. The same day I received an email of the x-rays to keep in my file and was given Dr. Meakins opinion regarding them. The staff continued to follow up with the OFA to find out if my results were and in and I was kept informed the entire time. Thanks!

I brought my little min pin in to them on a Sunday. We thought she was dying. But they discovered she had diabetes and treated her. She lived for another 2 years then developed cancer. We loss her at that point. They did a wonderful job. They were caring and compassionate in our time of need. I want to thank them for all of their help and kindness.

We brought our rabbit Jackson here on 5/15/12 to be treated by Dr. Meakin but it was too late. He died on the table minutes later as they gathered our personal information. Though I dont blame the doctor for Jacksons death, he charged us 40 dollars for the office visit! So petty and cruel!

Excellent place, weve been visiting this All Creatures location for several years now. Originally we visited the Amelia location but now we tend to visit the Anderson one. There is no drop-off from the main branch, this Anderson office is top-notch in all that they do as well.

We have been clients of All Creatures for about 10 years; the veterinarians and staff are always caring and helpful. You can tell they all love animals and really care about them; its not "just a job" it is a calling. Thanks!

This is the only place we take our animals. The staff is caring and knowledgeable, and the price is fair and economical. Weve been with them for years, and theyve helped every one of our cats and dog.

Made an appointment and still waited an hour. They ended up prescribing my dog who has severe arthritis, aspirin. So here I am 400 dollars poorer and my dog is still in pain.
