My dog was sent to the vet after receiving a cut on her foot once when she was at doggy day camp. My dog has been going to the Milford Day camp for over three months five days a week with no issues. The day camp has very reliable and friendly staff. I received the call about my dogs cut on her foot at 9am and came to petsmart at noon to check up on thinking she would be at camp all healed up and happy. that was not the case, when I got there at noon she had been in a crate in the back for three hours. So I asked the staff at the vet if she was acting okay and wasnt having a hard time being in the crate. I was told everything was fine, I wasnt happy she was in a crate but had to return to work. I came to pick her up at 6 and was told that she was very aggressive towards the vet and had to be held down on the table and muscled. So the vet said it was just a cut and they could not look into it any further because she kept moving. So she returned to puppy camp with an opened wound. When I picked her up there was no paperwork regarding what had happen and I was also NEVER contacted about her being aggressive at the vet. I would like to be contacted before my dog gets held down on a vet table when a familiar face isnt there. My dog has never had an aggression issue and has gone to puppy camp since she was four months old and has had zero issues. Just the fact that the vet was okay with her sitting in a crate for at least three hours is a reason for me to never recommend this vet. Take your dog down the road to the many animal hospitals in Milford that are reasonably priced and have great reviews. Your complaints will not be taken seriously from a chain company like pet smart. Wish I could give zero stars, would have picked her up and driven her to my own vet if they actually contacted me about her being upset.

My dog died and they would not cancel my plan. Waited on hold for over an hour, multiple times, then emailed them to try and cancel. They responded to my email that my husband, who signed up our dog, has to call to cancel. I am still paying and my dog passed in July. And the people in the store also told me I have to call to cancel. HORRIBLE customer service.
