Ive recently moved, and subsequently had to change vets. From my experiences, I can honestly say youll never find another vet like Four Paws. I started coming to Four Paws when I got my puppy, Pippin. As a new dog mom, I was constantly calling them to ask questions, or drop in for nail trimmings. They were my go to! The doctors & vet techs loved my dog, and made him comfortable. They always went above and beyond for the both of us! When Pippin ate my carpet it and was feeling terrible, they took him immediately, with no appointment, to monitor and take care of. He came home feeling 10x better, and they called me not once, but twice that week to ask how he was doing. The vets Ive been to now, are 10x more expensive, for 10x worse quality. I highly recommend going to four paws. Youll get the best care for your furry child, and a peace of mind that money cant buy.

Dr. Rich has been MY VET since he began his career. I have traveled from Blue Ash to Xenia, Springboro, Fairfield and then some to get Dr. Rich’s exceptional care for my “kids”. The gentle way he talks to them and the way they respond to him makes me call him MY VET! I have been to other vets and have never gotten the care and concern Dr. Rich and Dr. Ashley provide. Their care and concern is not only for the pet but for the humans as well. Being a Relator, I am frequently asked about doctors, vets, salons etc. from clients. I am proud to tell them our story and that in my eyes you are the best vet around! I know many of those people chose to have their pets cared for by you and your staff.

Came here after a disastrous experience at another local vet. The facility is big and bright and we were welcomed and put in a room immediately. No anxious waiting room time. Dr. Rich came in simply to introduce himself and welcome us as new patients. After a very short wait, Dr. Kim came in and apologized for our wait time, which again, was practically nothing. She was thorough, patient and understanding and had some great distractions during vaccination time! She even made time to answer a question about my newly adopted dog even though he wasnt at the appointment. We were in and out in just over half an hour. VERY helpful and efficient front desk. VERY happy with our experience here!!!

Hello, I phoned my regular vet of 10 years when my dog had a severe ear infection. Her ears went from worrisome to severe overnight. We were leaving for a 10 day vacation and I needed her to be seen to give the medication time to work. My vet told me they were sorry. I called Four Paws and they saw her that afternoon. I was impressed by the smiles and cleanliness of the interior. Everything is very modern and up to date. They were very nice, demonstrated how to use the medicine, how to clean the ears and offered to clip her nails as a free service. Needless to say we are switching. Four Paws is a very nice addition to Lebanon, OH.

When I lived in Lyons, Ohio (its about 3 hours north of Lebanon) I drove down to Lebanon for my two Pugs for vet appointments. I didnt like or trusted anyone up around Lyons. I did go and checked out a few veterinaries but I didnt care about them. They were kinda mean and rude with just me, so I decided to drive my babies to Four Paws Animal Hospital where I know my babies are well taken care of. I have seen all doctors here at Four Paws Animal Hospital and theyre all wonderful. They care about your pet as if it belongs to them. I wouldnt trade my vet for any other vet around..

My mom recently had to make the decision to put our cat, Peanut, asleep after 15 years of being a part of our family. I unfortunately could not be there for support since I live out of state. My mom could not express how sympathetic and kind Dr. Stephanie and the staff were. It is reassuring that my mom had a comforting shoulder, especially when I could not be there in person for her. The condolence card the entire staff signed with Peanuts paw print enclosed was very heartwarming. Thank you.

This place is fantastic!! We recently had to make the decision to put down our 13 year old Rottweiler, Baby, because she was losing the battle with cancer. The staff was so incredibly supportive and helpful through the entire process. About a week later we received a sympathy card signed by the entire staff and they also took ink prints of our beloved Babys paws and made little cards with the prints for us. I love the folks at 4 Paws and would never take any of our pets to any other vet!

This Animal Hospital is worth the drive! Fair prices friendly staff and vets. I would never take my two Boston (senior) babies anywhere else. All the vets are outstanding and answer all your questions, they have a true concern for your animals. The vets also have the staff do follow up calls to check on your animal. To be sure they are getting better, or if they need to be seen again. I have recommended Four Paws to all of my friends and neighbors. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Rich and his staff have always been so caring and professional with our dogs Millie and Bella. In the very recent decision to put our 12 yr. old Millie down due to heart disease, Dr Rich went above and beyond to care for her and our family with his loving and sympathetic ways. I love the staff! Everyone is friendly, personable, and professional. I have 3 dogs and two cats and some of them have had surgeries of different sorts and they have been performed with excellence!! The facility is always so clean and welcoming and I never have to wait for my pets to be seen when I arrive. I love Dr Rich and his team and know that my pets are in good hands when they are there.

Caring, compassionate, honest. The vets here have never upsold me, which is great because this is supposed to be medical care and not retail. Almost every vet I have gone to in the past tries to upsell you on the latest and greatest tests, drugs, and foods. Finally found a vet I can regularly take my animals too. I have taken both a dog and cat to the vet with equal satisfaction for both.

I have been with Rich Coleman since he came to Lebanon and have nothing but good to say about him and his staff. I tend to want Rich to see my pets I guess because he was there at the beginning . You will not find a better place for all your pets. This young man had a vision for his life and he has attained that vision with the new hospital. You will not find a better Vet .
