Doctor did not take my reason for coming in seriously. Felt as though she was mocking me. The young female doctor made remarks that i felt were inappropriate and did not ask questions that couldve been important in diagnosis. Coming to the doctor can be embarassing enough, so to have my problem brushed off like it was is discouraging to the Cleveland Clinic name. Luckily, we have access to the world wide web nowadays with millions of people (including doctors!) you can consult with who have helped me! Being referred here from the upstairs office, as wonderful as they are, i expected better. Wont be returning or recommending. Disappointing.

I have never been so upset with the lady at any front desks in my life until I came here. The day I went in she was on the phone loudly talking to someone about buying event tickets clearly not doing any patient care. Also I called back a couple times a few days after to ask some questions and she gave me serious attitude over the phone and hung up on me! I am also an employee at the cleveland clinic and Im embarrassed that she is one of my peers, she gives the Cleveland clinic a bad look..unbelievable.
