They r all about money not animals. Had our pup there for 5 weeks with a broken leg in 2 places. Cast fell off 2 times. Keep having to put her out and recast the last time it fell off tonight my husband ran her in at 9 pm and they said another few hundred to start with he said he would call me and have me run it up. She said we dont have time and sent her home with no cast and said if it breaks worse with no cast good luck ull have to put her down. I ran up there got there at 955 she locked the door. I knocked and said can I have her xrays she said no. I said I need to take her somewhere else. She said good luck to you with her. I explained i needed her xrays and i already gave u guys a ton of money a few grand. She refused to talk and called howland police! She threw out accusations to the cops that were lies..my kids (teenagers) were there as witnesses. She was rude ro my entire family and had my kids extremely upset. I asked for her name she refused to give it. Shes the little blonde vet that works there. The dog is my sons therapy dog and is well loved. Shes another baby to us. Took her to Girard Er vet had her recasted after another $500 cuz of their incompetence. Refuse to ever go there. They are all about money...not animals!

I have been going to this veterinary office for several years now. First I brought my employers dogs in for vaccinations and teatments....then I had a very sick cat that needed immediate attention. Of course this happened on a Saturday morning. I called Town and Country after calling my regular vets office (they refused to see my cat because it was close to closing time) and the wonderful staff at Town and Country told me to bring my cat they would wait for me. I had never had one of my own animals treated by them, but they allowed me to come in anyway. I arrived 30 minutes after closing, and there they all were...waiting for me. My cat was treated and I left a very happy pet owner due to their caring nature and excellent treatment of my cat. I have been back several times since and it is always the same, friendly staff who greet me upon arrival, I never have to wait a long time to be seen....they work with you and your pocketbook. I cannot recommend them more highly. Five stars is the most I can give, but they are higher in my opinion.

Were new to the area, and hadnt as yet located veterinary for our furry family members. When my Dutch Shepard Hero suddenly developed some issues with his mobility, the need for medical attention for him became urgent. Several phone calls to various clinics later, Town and Country said they had an opening! Dr Moxley, and his staff eagerly addressed Heros pain, and promptly got him on the road to recovery! Just a few scant days later and Hero is feeling just like his old self. Hell need to take it easy for a few days yet, but hes much better. And the bill for the visit was substantially less than I was expecting for a same day visit on a Saturday. Dr Moxley and his staff are courteous, personable, and professional. The facility is very clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend Town and Country Veterinary!

My greatest gratitude to the friend of animals who gave our "Journey" second, longer, life by recommending Town and Country Animal Hospital on US 27th. We had been looking for over a year, and when I drove up and saw actual VET names on the signs, with a huge waiting room for "aggressive breeds" and "nibbles" on opposite sides, we immediately felt at home. The vet took time with us and we learned more from one visit than "They who shall not be named" A special short out to Kim Ayers-Heist and Kim Carter Harppengoopengarper for their care. (From my Facebook, done immediately upon returning home. Many inquiries and positive responses, Making a page for my children and others.)

I was taking my animals there for years, the vets are nice and good with the animals... But I have just had my first real cant wait emergency and was extremely upset to find out it doesnt matter how long you have paid in good standing with them, if payday is 2 days away.. and you dont have the full amount.. And your pet is injured .. too bad! They will not help your pet!!!!!!!! I could understand that coming from a vet we have never seen... but not a place we have been a patient for quite some time.. So if you dont always have extra cash on hand for emergencies.. this is not the place for you to trust your pet will always be taken care of.

There is no doubt in my mind that without Dr. Moxley and the amazing staff at Town & Country, our pup would not be alive today. Maggie underwent emergency surgery for a partially torsioned stomach and blockage that was causing her to bloat. Without the quick care that she received, she would not have made. The doctors and staff continued to provide her excellent care during her recovery and were very patient and kind with us every time that we called and visited her. We received excellent communication and support from every member of the staff. I am just so grateful for everything that they have done and continue to do for our pets.

We are new to Florida and needed to find a new vet for our golden. People within our community referred us to Town and Country. We had an amazing vet in California so the standard was high. From the moment we walked in Town and Country felt right. The front desk staff were amazing, we toured the facility and felt it met our needs. When we brought our dog in for his checkup the vet (Pam) was great, she made sure she understood our needs and answered all of our questions. We were extremely satisfied with the facility and the staff. This will be our fur babys doctor, grooming and boarding facility.

This place has a whole staff that are great. They really care about your pets like your pets are their own. They explain whats wrong in layman terms so that you completely understand whats going on and they dont pull no punches either. They understand that youd go to the ends of the Earth to save your pets but IF there is no saving them no matter what is done, they dont take you for your money with false hope. Theyll do what you ask, but they let you know the odds going in. I truly am glad that we found them especially Dr Costello. I cant praise he or this place enough.❤❤❤
