I took my cat, Peanut, when he was lost a bunch of weight. The staff was very friendly. He had a #2 accident in his carrier. They took him back and cleaned it out and kept him a separate room until it was our turn. They were very gentle with him. We went back a month later because he was limping around and we discovered blood in his urine. After giving him an x ray, he had severely fractured his leg and with his other health problems and his age, they felt it was in his best interest to put him to sleep. They treated us very well with the process. They never rushed us out of the room (we did not leave until an hour after they officially closed). They let us have time to say good bye. The vet even took time to talk with my kids to explain to them why we had to let him go. We opted for a home burial and they brought him out to us through the parking lot and the vet tech gave me a hug before we left. Every member of the staff (including the receptionist) was wonderful with us. We even got a condolence card in the mail signed by everyone.

Excellent vet!!! The staff at the front desk are so friendly and the vet is very personable. I have taken my dog, Simba, here twice within the past 2 years for his dental. I have had his dental quoted at other places and they were the most affordable and did a fantastic job. They clipped his nails which was complimentary and I asked if they would clean his ears as well because he wont let me do it. His teeth look great and no more doggy breath! Thank you so much!

I recently took a feral cat in to be neutered and all initial vaccinations and treatments. As usual, Dr. Hanzel and the staff provided excellent care. Since he was feral, it was in his best interest to stay overnight after his surgery. All the staff were so kind and considerate of what would be easiest for this terrified little kitty. Greatly appreciated!

Everyone at the clinic is so pleasant to talk to. Dr. Hanzel and Dr. Curie take as much time as needed to evaluate our dogs and make recommendations. They really spend time with you to make sure all bases are covered and a plan is in place. Thanks for all you do for Shakespeare and Dezall!

Totally impressed, Dr Christi Hanzel is wonderful, very attentive and gentle with our Shepherd . The staff is amazing as well and the clinic is super clean! I cant say enough how pleased we are with the way we were treated. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Over priced, does not tell you that you need another dosage of medicine during your initial visit. And then they charged 50 dollars for a 3 min evaluation.
