I recently had to take my cat to be seen regarding a sudden change in appetite. Dr. Groth had seen us before and she displayed the same kind, caring way with her exam. After seeing x-ray results, she referred us to the emergency vet in Tualitin as it appeared my cat would need surgery, or at the very least, an ultrasound. She printed out directions and I got a copy of her exam notes and x-rays. As it turned out, Boots had a huge mass in his abdomen that did not appear on x-rays, and it was inoperable. I would like to thank Dr Groth for her gentle bedside manner and her help getting us to a place for immediate further attention. My only disappointment is that McMinnville is not large enough to support an emergency clinic of its own, certainly not a fault of Baker Street! I would also like to mention that I had called Friday morning and was given a Saturday appointment, but they called me back 10 minutes later to tell me there was a cancellation and they could see him that day. That is what I call excellent customer service.

The Dr. Is amazing the staff however needs to work on their customer service big time! My daughter broker her arm and needed surgery so I called 10 min after our scheduled apt for my dog to tell them what happened and that my daughter was getting surgery at the moment and we rescheduled for the same week just a different day. When I go in they were running behind... my appointment was at 3:30 we didnt get seen till 4:15. And to top it off they charged a $30 charge for changing my last appointment. Its pretty funny they kept apologizing for being so late but yet still charged the $30. Theyre brand new building is beautiful but their front desk person is sitting there yelling across the room to people that are sitting in chairs, about their dog and what needs to be done.... see a good staff with good customer service would walk their butts around the counter and go out to the people that are sitting in the lobby or better yet call the person up to the front desk..

What a bunch of donkeys at this place. My wife and I couldnt get out of some work obligations to make our appointment and called the morning before our first appt with them, and they said it would be a $35 cancellation fee. Ive never seen this with any vet clinic and we decided to cancel our appointment altogether. They said they were going to send us a bill for it regardless....hahaha, ya right. Send that bill right over so we can use it to wrap a fecal sample of our dog right on your front porch. Dont give them your business.

If it wasnt for Dr. Wilson, my dog Andy would not be alive. So when I read a negative review about his charges and paying for the well deserved new building, I felt I needed to step up and let anyone who reads this review know that Dr. Wilson has worked very hard, for many years, giving the best service and care to my pets. Congratulation on following your dream Dr. Wilson, and thank you for a beautiful place to bring my pets, and for saving my Andy.

They have been working hard to figure out what is wrong with my kitten, the doctor is awesome, same with the receptionists, but some of them do not know what theyre doing and are not very nice. The doctor knows what hes taking about, but has a hard time to stop talking and let you talk, lets just say he doesnt stop even when you are interrupting him lol. Prices are fair.

I took my dog through a few check ups, and have to say what great costumer service they have! They have great prices compared to many other pet clinics and would highly recommend it. My German shepherd named Callie needed vaccines, and other ordinary things to keep my pet safe. It was such a great experience that I will definitely be going back!

My wife has taken our dog to Dr. Wilson twice, and she says that he is one of her favorite doctors (for pets or humans). She says hes nice, down-to-earth, and easy-going. She says the staff is very nice too (not snobby at all). Dr. Wilson did a very thorough exam for our dog. The staff has been nice/reasonable on the phone as well to me.

I took my parrot MuFasa in to get his wings trimmed his nails trimmed and a little trimming off his bottom beak. 67.95. I know you have a new building and all but do the customers have to feel the repercussions of it and help you pay for it too it might not seem like a lot of money but it is to me when my regular vets $35.

Not very organized at all. Staff has gone thru a change and it is affecting the overall office. Dont call back when they said they would. I am really thinking if changing vets. Like Dr Wilson but dont want my animals put in danger because of inadequate staff.

Wilson killed my cat. Just gave her a shot w/out discussing it with us, and 24 hours later she was dead. This creep murders family members. Keep your pets far, far away from this lunatic.
