My parents had taken my cats and dog there when I was growing up. Naturally, I did the same. However, my experience there was vastly different than when I was a kid. I have yet to speak to someone at the front desk with an ounce of manners. This is the primary reason I am switching. I dont remember being treated like that as a child or teenager. Dr. Kevin Ramey is the only reason I have stayed thus far, as he has excellent manners and is very professional. However, there are other pet clinics in the area with much lower prices and just as competent vets, as well as a welcoming staff. I did not hesitate to change when I visited a different clinic.

If there were a 3.5, Id give that. Theres a mixed bag here. The bad is that they include a lot more margin than some places and a lot of that has to do with the location (access to higher income pet owners). The actual vets onsite are quite good and very knowledgeable and professional. Some of the staff, however, not so much. Doesnt mean all of them, just some. Like any business, they will try to get you to come in more often or have you take more tests than is necessary. My advice is to look up the tests they recommend and come back if you think you need them. Overall, they arent bad and conveniently located.

Dr. Ramey is the only reason Ive ever gone to this location. Hes always been wonderful. However the staff was so rude to me today and when I talked to the manager, she showed minimal concern and only explained to me why I was asked to wait outside (instead of In the waiting area) with my barking puppy. When I told her I would be switching vets she asked me if I would like to deactivate my account now or later.

My experience here was mixed. The people that work here are very nice, but I had an appointment for my two male cats to be fixed and they were going to charge us more than $600 and an over night stay. A woman we know recommended AAA clinic and we got both cats done for $100 in and out same day. So if you have bills to pay I would recommend AAA.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely rude employees, the vet tech told me my dog had the worst reputation at their office and also threw my dog into the room after getting his shots. Women at the front desk have always been rude. Told management and will NOT be returning. No one deserves to hear such rude things about their pet.

Animal Ark provides very good care. They will go out of their way to accommodate you. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The vets are great. They have extended hours in the evening which really helps.

I have tried numerous vets in the area, and Animal Ark is by far my favorite. Visit pricing may be slighty higher than others in the area, but the quality of care easily makes up for it. Definitely recommend.

If your trying to take a loan out then this is the place for you. If not go to AAA Animal Clinic you will be able to pay your bills and not have to take a loan out.

Dr. Campbell is the best vetenarian in the state of Pennsylvania, he has taken care of oyr babies for 28 years. He is awesome, and so is some of his staff (Dilene).

Great vets, esp Dr Rob. Front desk is always friendly and tries to accommodate best they can. Definitely highly recommend for dogs.
