Dr. Confer has cared for my two dogs for seven years. He is always very informative, thorough, and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Van Gorder has recently given our dogs their annual shots and helped us find solutions for a seasonal allergy issue one of our dogs has every year. After some shots and antibiotics, shes feeling very comfortable again. As a previous reviewer pointed out, they werent taking new patients a few years ago. This is no longer the case, but as the owner of current patients, Im glad I can get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, unlike other places that overbook. I have NEVER thought the desk staff was rude.

I grew up with my animals going to Leland. He isnt accepting new patients due to some personal reasons on his end, but he has been there my whole life to take care of my familys pets. He has never disappointed us. He truly cares about the animals in his care. For example, my stepmoms cat was staying the night in his clinic and he said that he checked on her late at night after thinking about the issue she was having. He has been like this over a course of four dogs and about four or five cats. On top of all that, he doesnt cheat anyone with overpriced visits.

I called to make an appointment for my dogs nails to be cut. She said have you been here before. I said no we are new to the area. Oh well we arent taking any new patients. Very rude and I thought that was ridiculous. I have never had that happen to me.
