Just amazing. Everything was neat and tidy. They were really good with my cat also. Unlike the previous review from someone else, they spent plenty of time with me and my cat to explain different things, and the assistant furthered what the doctor was saying after she left. Im sure it depends whats going on at the time. There was no wait when I got there, as soon as I was there for the appointment, they took him in. But even if I did have to wait 15 minutes, its just like a regular doctor, you cant expect them to rush right over for you if theyre caring for another patient. The other patient is just as important. The prices were extremely reasonable, and they didnt try to make me do an bogus tests like my previous vet did. Very pleased, and my kitty is on the road to recovery. Currently sleeping peacefully right next to me. I will definitely never go to another vet again! Thank you from me and Piggeh! <3

Ive been going there for 15 years and spent thousands of dollars (yes, I paid 365 bucks to have my bunnys teeth cleaned). I went there yesterday to have my dogs rear end glands expressed.....a 2 minute job. I had a 1:00 appointent, got there 15 minutes ahead of time......and at 1:15 I hadnt been seen. But the people who came in after me with a dog and a cat (no emergency) got in before me. I get a lot of respect there. I can tell that people arent going there anymore and for good reason. I am following Dr. Saslaw down to North Kingston These Ferguson people dont care and if they do, call me. Im Tobies mom and my login name isnt what shows up here.

Dr Donahue , and Melissa, have been wonderful to me and my dog that has bladder cancer!!! they try to save me money when ever they can, and are so caring of my situation! I highly recomend them ! Dr Donahue has been correct every time he made a diagnosis, and Melissa can"t d enough to help in any way. I also want to give a shout out to sweet Sarah the vet tech!!!!

The doctors and assistants here are wonderful. They explain everything in easy to understand language. The prices are in line and they give you an estimate for everything. Check out their new place.

They take such good care of our cats. Super nice and well our cats are very skiddish around people who arent us except here, they actually like the nurses and Doctors.
