This place was great until Dr. Shiza Kamran left. Now they are terrible. I called to reschedule an appointment that was set for August and they placed me on January. The appointment was a follow up for a possible brain tumor that we were watching and found this past January. I should not have to wait a year for an appointment. Thats absolutely unacceptable. On top of this, they had told me that I would still have my appointment in August but with a different doctor (I rescheduled because Dr. Kamran had moved) and that the January appointment would act as a second follow up. I get an email and phone call both verifying that I have an appointment in August and when I get there they tell me, "Im sorry, you dont have one. We called and canceled that with you because Dr. Kamran left." I told them that they did not cancel but told me quite the opposite and as well, they had called and emailed me with appointment reminders. They then responded with, "Yeah we dont know whats going on with that stupid thing. It keeps sending out reminders and we havent figured out how to fix it yet." I drove an hour and a half to get to this appointment. You best believe I will not be coming back.

Dont get me wrong, I have a ton of respect for Dr. Shukla and the work that he does but set your expectations for a standard experience. I am 38 with a wife and two kids. I have 4 sets of aging parents with a various issues. I prefer to be notified by phone with a consultation unless there is significant change in one of my parents health. I wish that Dr. Shukla and his team would simply provide results through phone conversation instead of burning my time with follow up appointments to discuss no significant change. It took three calls and a week before the nurse and office manager to return my call and wouldnt talk about anything in detail. Just frustrating!

My experience at Skyline Neuroscience Associates has always been very positive. I have been treated by my physician and his staff with courtesy, friendliness and concern for my well being. My physicians nurse is very friendly and listens and makes sure she gets all my information about how I am feeling and asks the right questions. My physician takes his time and listens to my complaints and makes decisions as to what we do to correct whats going on with my situation. He is very easy to talk to and knows what questions to ask. He is exactly what I expect from a Neurologist.

Dr. Clinton is by far the best adult health care provider experience we have had. She knows that client needs are very individual and that medications have to be suited to the individual as well. She is never irritated by questions and is obviously continually considering options and the best plan of action. We have never struggled to get an appointment within the week, which is unusual among providers. We always walk out the door discussing how much we gained from the interaction. We feel cared for and listened to.

I have been seeing Dr. Kamran since 2016 for migraine. She started me on Botox and now after two treatments Ive gone from 15-20 headache days per month to maybe 4-5. For someone who has suffered from migraines for over 40 years, this has really improved my quality of life. The only downside is parking at the medical center. Allow yourself an extra 15 minutes to find a space.

I have been a patient for over 5 years. Dr. Brooks has always taken her time to listen. She is very personable and down to earth. She exhibits a genuine concern for my problems. The staff are equally as understanding and have always gone out of their way to be helpful.

As a family member responsible for the medical care of my sibling, I found Dr. Shazig Kamran to be uncaring, rude, inaccessible, pompous and arrogant. My advise, is to not go to this facility if you are a minority. If you must go, avoid this doctor at all cost.

I have found Dr. Ajay Shukla to be kind, courteous, and very upbeat. He has offered me hope for improvement, where before no one could - and for that Im grateful! So far my experience has been very positive and Im looking forward to the next step in treatment.

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Clinton and was very impressed with her and the whole staff. She took time to listen and has me set up for tests right away. I am very optimistic and feel confident that she will get to the bottom of my illness!
