I pulled all my animals after the new guy took over oh ya I didnt like him the minute he took my baby from my arms I told Mary go get Pierre Im not leaving him here he didnt even try to tell him he was going to be alright never even tried to comfort him if my baby had a heart attack that dad day it would of been his fault 100% I was so pissed I left there I still use that clinic but only if my favorite Dr. Is there and that would be the Great Dr. Brizindine oh yes, yes, yes, i love the Way he takes his time and always has got to the bottom of things he will call on a Sunday to check on what ever dog hes fixed up for me hes got such a great personality he doesnt act like your Dr. He acts like your friend

My precious dog Spark was coughing late one night, and I called the after-hours number. Within a matter of minutes I got a return call. The Vet on the phone, said he would be more than happy to meet me at the Clinic in 10 minutes. When I arrived, he was waiting to direct me into an exam room.. He listened carefully to all my concerns and was very comforting. Luckily Spark was just having an allergic reaction and, he treated her with a few medications and the following morning she was her old self again! I have been using them now regularly, and the receptionist Lacey is SO sweet!

My mini pig was sent home bleeding with his skin torn off the back of his legs, his back/bottom, and between his hooves. They clipped off one of his dew claws off and wrapped it up in a bandage saying they just "nicked" him. He is so sore he will not even get up to eat, use the bathroom or even move today. He only went in for a tusk and hoof trim and he came out pitiful and extremely hurt. DO NOT take your mini pigs to this vet. I am VERY upset.

My first impression of the clinic was great, I walked in, Mrs. Lacey checked me in immediately and they got me back into an exam room with no wait. The staff was very friendly and inviting and the doctors were even better. My dog is naturally timid when it comes to going to the vet, but the staff was very patient and welcoming, which helped calm her. I highly recommend this clinic!! I will definitely be coming back.

Amazing place. Everyone is so nice and prices are amazing. My dog had a really bad allergy breakout. Her hair was falling out everywhere and she was itching like crazy till she bled. She got two shots and two different antibiotics. Itt was $160. 00 for a steroid shot, 3 month medications for flea and tick, prednisone, antibiotic pills, and antibiotics shot! An amazing price. Thank yall for your services. God bless

Dr. Shadowens has been treating our pets for years. His and his staffs caring and general way about handling the animals is amazing. We had a beloved dog Belle euthanized because of a thematic injury. To say the least me and my wife were very distraught. Dr. Shadowens handled the procedure with care and grace. My animals will not be seen by anyone else.

Portland Animal Hospital has the friendliest staff around and is always wonderful when when I bring in my dog. I called two or three clinics and their prices are comparable and reasonable. I dont get why the other reviewers say theyre expensive. Great value for the price!
