DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this doctors office. The lady at the front desk ( cant remember her name, middle aged hispanic lady) is so rude and could care less about patients. I called a few months back and asked about getting a wellness checkup to reduce the cost of my insurance. The lady said no appointment needed and just to come in. So i took off work early and then when i went to the doctors the next day they said i needed an appointment and would have to schedule and come back. ( i do inhome childcare and cant take off a bunch of days as when i take off 4 parents have to find alternate childcare). I was very upset and tried to eeason with the rude lady at the desk but she had no care what so every that someone there had lied to me. Now today ive been feeling not well and think i may have a UTI so i decided to give them one more try and since village medical center stays open until 630pm, that the second i got off at 6pm i would go straight over there. I was at the office at 6:09pm and the same rude lady at the front desk said they were closed. I looked back at the door which says they are open until 6:30pm and pulled up online where it also says 630pm. So first she says they do stay open until 630pm but the doctor is done taking patients for the day. And then when i tell her Im not leaving aince they are atill open they cant refuse me service. And then she changes her mind and says they close at 6pm they juat havent changed the time on the door and that online is wrong. What a B*tch. I am furious with this place and will be looking for other places to call or write to complain about them.

Im not a fan. Youll wait for an hour (at least). Then youll find out the doctor isnt even in today, and youll see a Nurse Practitioner that cant help you with any of your problems and just wants to refer you to a real doctor. Even if you make an appointment with the doc, hes not there. Dont waste your time.
