I just want to say this clinic is great!!! I went in on a Monday and saw the Dr for a rash. I was nicely greeted and within 5 minutes was taken to a room after checking in. After seeing the Doctor I was discharged in less than an hour and my prescriptions were already called in. Unfortunately my rash did not go away so I went in again the following week. When I called ahead for my appointment the lady at the front desk (Christina) remembered me and nicely scheduled my appointment. As I walked in the door I was already checked in and she had everything ready for me. Before I even sat down I was called back by Maria. Again was in and out of the clinic thanks to the amazing staff! I am much better now and will go there for any of my emergencies! Thank you PrimaCare!!!!

They had me in and out. Loved the customer service from receptionist to medical assistant, especially the black nurse practitioner, sorry cant remember her name. I showed up as a walk in around 8:30/9a. I only waited 15 minutes because someone else had did a web check in bumping me to #2. The Nurse Practitioner had a thorough diagnosis and got me the meds needed. I felt better within hours. I have insurance and its cheaper than the emergency room. You can get seen quicker for less money and get the same results. Ill definitely go back if I need care. If you know it may be a busy day or time, do a web check in so you dont have to wait.

This was my first time here and the experience was great. I checked in online (recommended), got my text 30 minutes ahead of my arrival time, and waited less than 5 minutes after completing paperwork. The office staff, the nurse, and Dr Beene were friendly, timely and professional. My diagnosis and discharge paperwork was explained in detail and my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy electronically before I left the building. Everything was clean and tidy. Im not in a hurry to go back to any doctor, but if necessary Ill come back here.

This location has poor service. I have been waiting for an hour and 30 min to be seen by a nursephysician. There has been 3 families who came in after me and all 3 of them have been seen before me. The front desk clerk has been unfriendly to the patients who coming in. She has been absent from the desk, and when she returns she is on her personal phone. A lot of chatter is happening behind the desk. There has been less professioanlism at this office. Not sure if I will be returning after this visit for Urgent Care, in the future.

I went to Texas Health Resources in Cedar Hill, they were rude and I was VERY dissatisfied with their service...did online check in while I was waiting to be discharged, went down the street and they were sooooo nice and KNOWLEDGEABLE at PrimaCare. I was given a diagnosis of ALLERGIES at THR. PrimaCare gave a diagnosis of Bronchitis, gave me a steroid shot with some other meds and I started feeling a WHOLE lot better...

Screwed up my bill and overcharged me. Called and left a vmail with no response. Finally get ahold of someone and says it was their error and to disregard the bill. Just received another bill saying i am late (2 months later). Screw these thieves All of this is after i go there and they take x-rays only to refer me to a "specialist" who has to take new x-rays because theirs wont transfer over. Waste of time and money

I went to this facility and they couldnt tell me much of anything on the cost. Who does that? The lady in the front didnt offer any type of assistance as it relates to discount pricing or anything. They dont care about the patient as much as they care about getting paid. This was evident when I stated that I might not be able to pay. Her response. Thanks and have a great day. I wont be back!!!!

FRONT STAFF AND DR.. ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. INAPROPRIATE TEST ATE RAN, IN MY OPINION JUST TO GET MONEY TOOK MY DAUGHTER IN FOR STOMACH ISSUES, DIARRHEA,FEVER AND VOMITING A STREAP TEST WAS DONE, WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ISSUE SHE WAS HAVING. OFFICE VIST FEE WAS RIDICULOUS, I PAID ALMOST $400 FOR A SIMPLE OFFICE VISIT. I WILL NEVER GO OR RECOMMED THIS CLINIC TO ANYBODY!

Went in yesterday for a bad pain I was having on my shoulder, the nurse Amanda check me in and took my x-rays within half an hour of me arriving. She was so sweet & funny, listened to all my concerns and took attentive notes, and seemed to really care! Had me taken care of in no time, great location wonderful staff!

Did online check in arrived 15 minutes before check in time. Front desk clerk was very rude with myself and other patients. Didnt get call to the back until 52 minutes after check in time. Online check in was completely useless if I was still going to wait a hour. Not coming back here.

The office was extrmely clean, there was no wait time. I called ahead and all my questions were answered over the phone. They texted me when it was time to come. The front person was lovely and the nurse and doctor were compassionate and got me in & out in less than 30 minutes.

The staff was every helpful and caring. They could see me due to not being able to verify my on a Sunday however the staff looked after me until sometime was able to come get me and take me to the ER. The made sure I was comfortable and checked up on me to make sure I was ok.

the african american receptionist is rude as hell I believe her name was Keshia and I dont remember the last time I needed my ID to get a school excuse for daughter. The doctor was excellent though. She needs to be fired.

Great clinic be sure and go there when Dr. Beene is working. She is a doctor that listens and cares and works with you to get better. This is a call ahead clinic be sure and ask if Dr. Beene is working that day.
