Dont take your pet here unless you want them misdiagnosed!!!!! I took my dog here because he had weird lumps on him, I usually take him to another vet but they offered a free vist here. When I took my dog to my original vet I found out that Banfield had misdiagnosed my dogs lumps as just fat. The people there are not trained very well, and costumer service is terrible. Dont expect to have your pet back anytime soon ethier they will hold you pet for "testing" for even up to 8 hours. Please if you love your pet think twice about taking them here!!! I have heard many horror stories and dont want this to happen to anyone else!!

Took my hedgehog here for a free op and when I showed up at my appointment the vet was very furious that I had a hedgehog because apparently he is allergic to hedgehogs. He refused to see my hedgehog and wasted my time. I wish that the vet had actually looked at what he had planned for the day so he could have told me in advance so I didnt have drive all the way over there to get yelled at. Very unprofessional would avoid going here in the future!

The Vet seemed to have no idea what he was doing, one of my friends works at a REAL vet clinic and has told me horror stories about this place. Please think twice before coming here!! The staff at the front were nice but the vet was terrible!! Wont be bringing my dog back here again!!

We have used mom and pop vets in the past. However, we began using Banfield three years ago out of convenience. During that time, the veterinarians and staff have always been solid and loving toward our two dogs. In short, good bedside manner and good medical treatment.

Generally ok vet services. Beware when you are clicking through the checkout process!!! They include an opt in for telemarketing on your mobile phone! I consider this to be a VERY shady practice for a vet to follow. Not impressed!!
